Ordered a windshield. It was in picking two days, then processing two days. Shipped on forth day and I received it one week from the original order date. Bolted right up, perfect fit. I am happy with the purchase, the only reason I can't give 5 stars is because customer service didn't respond to my online queries and the wait times on the phone was longer than they should have been. Otherwise a good experience, May 27 2016. read more

This place has everything you can think of for your bike, most of the added stuff on my bike are from here.

Greeted nicely as soon as we walked in. Great customer service which helped us find exactly what we needed quickly.

I called them for a promoted scooter (previous model but new, in stock), the price on the website was $1448 but the "out of the door" price rise up to $2637.56 ! ! ! They wanted to charge me $290 for shipping from Italy, for a 2015 scooter, in stock. Of course I told them I am not interested any more and Mr DON KUHN, assured me "we didn't send anything to the bank yet", I still got a hard inquiry... read more

Ok, here we go. Purchased a set of handlebars. Then find out I need another part to complete installation. Problem one, part no longer available. Off we go to find part that will work. Problem two, purchased recommended part, surprise! Doesn't fit! Problem three, no help, no offer to make it right. I have about a 50% track record with J&P cycle. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose. Good luck. Dennis Kirk solved my problem. read more

I was recently about to place an order with this supplier, the amount of of which was well above their quoted offer on their site "spend $200 and receive a $30 discount". I put in all my info and applied the discount code and it wouldn't accept it. After trying several times I called and was told the items I was purchasing didn't qualify for the discount. What a joke.. I had already had a frustrating experience with them the day before, trying to get a straight answer from one of their techs about the fitment of a part they listed. Not only did he have an attitude, as if he was doing me a favor just to take my call, he didn't know sh*t from shinola about bikes, almost as if he was reading off a cue card. When the rep told me I wouldn't get the discount, I told them, "Forget it, you just lost a customer," and I cancelled the order. Attitudes, terrible customer service. After reading all these negative reviews, now I know why. You're better off buying on eBay, or finding a brick and mortar store where you can see and get a feel for the merchandise, as well as the people. read more

The salesman I just spoke to was so rude and impatient. I will be shopping from Revzilla.

I will never buy anything from them again! I was sold a part from j&p having to pay 25 dollars to ship it and when it arrived it was the wrong part. I spent hours on the phone being bounced back and forth trying to get the right part sent to me, and having different guys telling me they no longer have the part even though I had just received it the week prior, and that they don't know why I want that part for my bike because it's different from the OEM part. I finally get told that the only thing I could do is spend another 25 dollars to ship it back for a refund without the 50 dollar reimbursement for my shipping cost. So I basically would have spent 50 dollars for nothing and wasted a bunch of time on the phone and waiting for this part to finish my bike. Luckily I was able to call the manufacturer of the part directly and they were nice enough to replace it. I will never buy anything from J&P cycles again. What a joke. read more

Best motorcycle store! They've got excellent customer service and are thoroughly knowledgeable. The techs are especially helpful. I've bought throttle cables, clutch plates, transmission parts, gaskets, motor oil, etc. all with the help of these people. The store has a bunch of old motorcycles and custom bikes around the floor which create an awesome atmosphere. It's worth stopping if you're in the area just to check the place out. read more

I purchased a helmet for one of my husband's Christmas presents. They were the only company I could find a 4XL half helmet. Well, the helmet was too small so I had to return. I figured I would get store credit due to the information on their website. I returned it on 1/4, they received on 1/12, and I called them on 1/20 because I hadn't heard anything on my return. I spoke to Ryan who told me the return department stated it had scratches and was not received within the limits of their return policy. Website clearly states 90 day return policy. I'm not sure about their math, but my calculations it was under 60 days from my purchase date of 11/14/2020. Ryan went on to tell me the helmet had several scratches - really - I took it out of the box to make sure it was what I ordered, my husband tried it on and it was put back in the original packing to go back to them. I packed it better than I received. Anyway, I'm suppose to get a full refund of my purchase price, but I have little faith in that happening. I would be good with the purchase price less the return for the item, since it wasn't there fault I had to return the item. I wish I had read the reviews before I made the purchase. There will be no future orders from me through this company. read more

Not a bad place to shop. I've been there once, and the staff and selection were good. My main issue is the banker's hours that the store keeps. I don't understand how brick and mortar stores think they'll be able to compete (even with their own websites) by opening at 9:00 AM and closing at 6:00 PM. read more

Wonderful place It's like being a kid in a toy store all over again, the parts guys are all great to work with and they know there stuff

Horrible customer service and shipping time. I have used them 3 times, thinking I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I have been disappointed every time. This last time has been the worst. I ordered a part on May 19th.....it's May 27th and it hasn't even shipped yet. I can't get a hold of anyone....either through live chat or email. Horrible........ read more

I ordered a set of Kuryakan highway pegs. Website said in stock item. They charged my card and then nothing. No shipping date, no nothing. Waited 1 week then e-mailed customer service asking about my order. I immediately got a response saying I would be contacted in 24 - 48 hours. Again nothing after that. I e-mailed 2 more times, nothing. I tried calling, on hold 45 minutes. I finally gave up. The order eventually appeared 3 weeks later. Thanks for nothing J@P online ordering. Never again. P.S. The pegs are great. Its the customer service that sucks. read more

I just joined the gold club, which was a mistake. I called to order a big bore kit for my harley and the person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. When I called to talk to someone about this I was put on a micro-soft hold. If you ever had a problem with tech support you will understand. I think the gold club was a bad investment and will learn from this and get my parts and advise other to go elserwhere read more

I am so sorry I did not check these people out before I ordered. I paced an order for a Klock Works wind shield for my 2013 Road King FLHR. While I had the Customer Service rep on the phone placing the order I asked if it was in-stock. She informed me that it was. GREAT! The web site claims that ALL order ship in 1-2 days. (too funny) That was 7 days ago and I live 2 day ship from the Iowa shipping location. I tried web chat, no hook up. I tried email, no reply. I tried calling, waited for 25 minutes on hold, hung up. They charged my C/C the day I ordered, not the day it shipped, if it has shipped at all! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! read more

One star too many!!! I wish I had read the reviews sooner! I have never written a negative review but I needed to write this one. Buyer BEWARE! Do NOT order from J&P cycles! I received a J&P gift card from my wife and children for Father's Day and used it that very day with a small balance remaining that I charged to my credit card- I was so excited! J&P Cycles "took" my giftcard AND charged my credit card for the FULL amount of the purchase!!!! I called customer service several times asking for the money to be put back into my account (By the way those of you who waited 20 minutes are lucky - I waited almost an hour all three times but I wasn't about to hang up!) It's been almost 3 weeks and I still have NOT received my order! PLUS I only received PART of what I ordered! I was told they cannot fix this - wait- WHAT?! That's stealing!! Next step is Better Business Bureau! They are thieves and robbers! DO NOT buy from them! Buyer BEWARE! read more

Placed my order , when I checked my confirmation I noticed that they added expedited shipping . Immediatly called to cancel the order or have the shipping charges return back to my credit card they told me they would submit a change order, but that takes 48 hours, and tire will likely ship by then. I will not be back! read more

i ordered a saddlemen seat from here, only because it bypassed the 20 day wait from saddlemen themselves. once i recieved the order i got a seat that had been hacked at with an angle grinder on the bottom where someone had clearly tried to make it fit onto a bike and remounted the bracket with self tapping screws into plastic. when i tried to get it exchanged they said they would only replace through ground shipping once my item was returned, which added almost 2 weeks till id receive my seat which would not work with my time restriction, since my bike is in a shop waiting on only a seat. ill never order through them again and if i knew itd be this much of a hassle id have just ordered through saddlemen instead. read more

I've ordered parts and never had a problem ever, even when I mistakenly ordered the wrong parts. They had no problem refunding the parts back. Their technical dept was courteous and patient with me in trying to resolve an issue with bleeding my front brake and clutch assembly, walking me thru the process. Sad to hear previous bad experiences. Everyone has a bad day. Chalk it up to humans being humans read more

This is the worst experience ever...... purchased mufflers ordered them on a Saturday never got any type of email confirmation. Luckily I took a screenshot of the purchase that gave me some sort of web order # on Tuesday still nothing so I decided to contact them. The representative said somehow my order had gotten lost maybe a glitch in the system but didn't see a payment. I had mentioned to her that the payment has been processed and completed. After 35 minutes going back-and-forth she said I needed to email them a screenshot of my bank account where it showed that they had deducted the funds. Even with me doing that they still have not gotten back to me or fix the situation I spoke to Anne in accounting which was rude and disrespectful and made it seem like I was at fault like I was the one trying to defraud them when the proof was in their hands. So now I have no mufflers and out of $400 and trying to still fix the situation. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

I have ordered several items from J&P cycles for my bikes in the past and have always received great service. With a recent order, there was an issue with my delivery. No fault of JP or delivery service but JP was very attentive and eager to resolve the issue for me. They were very informative and helpful in assisting me with steps to reorder and getting item shipped. This was a complex situation too long to explain but I was very impressed with the level of attention JP customer service gave and they called to follow up to ensure steps were followed up on. I recommend JP and will be a customer of them as long as my two wheels are on the ground. read more

J&P customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a windshield that their website showed as in-stock on February 19th. After multiple chats with their service team, no one was able to provide me with a status as to why it hadn't yet shipped. One support agent said she asked her supervisor 6 days ago, and hasn't yet received a response. Another support agent said they're experiencing delays due to a move. This same windshield is available at cruisercustomizing.com, and they will ship it in 2 days.Meanwhile, I cancelled my order on March 8th and am hoping that they credit my PayPal account that was charged on the day I placed the order. I regret purchasing J&P's "Gold Club Membership" for $39.99. They're great at taking money, but poor at delivering the product. read more

1 star is 1 too many. Now 10 days and counting and no indication that they've processed my order. In fact, thus far, J&P Cycle has failed to respond to an email that I sent them 2 days ago, and I've tried on several occasions their online Chat and the company fails to respond to that. read more

I ordered tires on March 10th, and i just received my front tire yesterday. I am not upset about the length of time it took to receive, but very aggravated that I emailed them twice, called twice and never got any response on the order status. By far the worst parts supplier I have ever and I mean ever dealt with in my entire life. I cancelled an order and they confirmed the cancellation. Then I follow up on the cancellation 5 days later! just to find out that the order was shipped out and that they can't refund me. I spoke to 3 different reps! all confirming that the order was cancelled. This is a joke of a company that has poor customer service. DO NOT USE THEM! Use other dealers, this place is an absolute joke! read more

You should know there is a problem when you call and the recorded messages starts with "if you placed an order and didn't receive your item in a timely manner, please be patient", that spells doom. Placed an order June 1, after a week of no contact, no shipping nothing I called, oh it's a 3-5 month back order, requested order cancellation 4 separate times! Finally 6/21 it's been cancelled. Googled the item, ordered it direct from the manufacturer and it's already installed on my bike. Stay away from J&P, buyer (orderer) beware!! read more

Ordered a gel seat pad 12 days ago. It has been in "picking" status for 10 days. They don't answer emails. The customer service rep said the warehouse is as big as three football fields, and that makes it hard for them to find products. I cannot cancel the item because it is in picking status. I just want to cancel and go to a company that can ship me the item I ordered. Save time and frustration and go somewhere else! read more

Attention all motorcycle enthusiasts! I would strongly advise you not to order anything from J&P cycles! There has been an issue with every single order I have ever placed with this company, after countless phone calls and hours of being on hold they tried to make amends by making me one of their "gold" members. I decided to give them another chance only to be disappointed once again. Their stupid membership that they offered me wasn't even active when I received it. If you are planning to order any parts for your bikes and want them sometime before Christmas then I would strongly urge you not to order from this company! Spread the word so fellow bikers don't get screwed over by these dirtbags! read more

The worst customer service I have experienced. Ordered to flag mounts and one of the boxes was the wrong part for my bike and it was missing all the parts but the flag. Placed an order over the phone with no problem; they were happy to take the money. 1 week later I called to get a status on the order and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for the part to come in. I immediately shopped around and found it with another vendor. I called JP back to cancel the order the next day and the lady tells me she cant cancel the order because the part has arrived in the warehouse. WHAT? She told me yesterday it would be 2 -3 weeks to arrive and now that I want to cancel she cant because it miraculously arrives. I said thats great, when will it ship; I was then told there are heavy delays with shipping so she does not have an answer. Further, she stated that they must ship it and I would have to return it when I receive it. This makes NO sense. Horrible customer service. read more

I use this store for most of my Road King parts and accessories. Great deals, good supply of parts and accessories. Way cheaper by half, compared to HD. The people there are friendly and knowledgeable compared to other shops that I visited. I haven't used their service department since i'm like most bikers that fix our own. I recommend this store before I would HD. Oh by the way this store honors us vets and applies a discount not like HD next door. read more

you can tell how good a company is in how they handle problems when they come up. j and p is a good example. vast majority of ordering Ive done there went without a hitch. when my last order came without a invoice (needed for a rebate) I thought this could be resolved quickly. after "talking" customer service twice and a emailing over a month later nothing. I wish I could say my experience was different, NO. I am an Online reseller /website owner, the worst logistics and shipping time ever experienced. Website takes orders for parts not available. Then partial orders ship incomplete. Has happened 3 months in a row now. Definitely understaffed I m currently waiting for cust. service and am past 30 mins. Check Amazon or ebay before you order from these guys. Shipping, response and accuracy are way better. Sellers are help accountable and you won't be strung along. 43 minutes it took and they had 1 of 7 items and a another 5-7 days till it will be ready and then shipped. I call and ask for correct cable , and they say NO idea when cable will be there. But you can tear everything back down and ship it back. I am out $400 bucks and bike is still sitting!!!! Well here we go let me tell you about j&p cycles. So I ordered some apes and cables from them, the call taker said hey let's let a tech look at your order, I eventually placed the order and split the cost between two credit cards. So a day later they charge the full amount 600 plus dollars to my bank card, and then charge another 200 plus dollars to the other credit card. I should say this was in no way half and half but rather 200 plus more than it should have cost. I cancelled the order at this point as any smart person would have. Only for them to return most of the money and then turn around and charge my bank card again 200 plus dollars and send out the exact same order I had canceled four days prior. Wtf I don't want your store credit because I doubt I will ever purchase from the company again. I just want you to stop charging my card for items I don't want and found cheaper on another online sellers website. read more
