He's very professional and responsive via phone. When you go he may be working in the garage but just give him a call and he'll come out. He was very transparent about how long the install would take and I was happy with his same-day turnaround. He even helped me connect my phone to the stereo Bluetooth when I picked up my car to verify it works before I paid. Note that it's cash only. If you order parts from Crutchfield, make sure you get all the correct adapters too. Gold Sound has an inventory of speakers/stereo systems too if you don't want to bring your own parts.
