Lately I've been a couple of times in the past few months alone to get batteries checked on my families as well as friends cars and they were always nice and never tried to upsell me or tell me how I should proceed. Always setting up their battery checker, letting me know how it is, and sometimes they give their own thoughts/opinion on the state of the battery which is nice to hear. The past time they even offered to wait for me to start the car first before heading back in, in the case that I needed a jump. I did bring my own portable jump starter as I was aware of the car's battery being finnicky but always appreciate them looking out especially for other people. Parking lot directly in front of them is always kind of busy, but the plaza itself is big enough that you can find a spot even if you might need to walk a bit.

My girlfriend needed new wiper blades and since were in the area, we went in to check if they have in stock. We were greeted by this Vietnamese man that was happy help us. We came out and he took the blade to examine and find the matching one. He offered a few option that was the blade itself. However, I stated that I just wanted to replace the rubber itself. From then, he got more hostile towards us and starting throwing a man tantrum at us. He started stating how it would cost as much and we had to spend hours cutting to fit the wipes. Before coming, I already done it plenty of times before, so I know how it worked. I called my dad for some input and see if we could get the plastic blade at the dealer at this point. Being us being both Vietnamese, as I talked to my dad in Vietnamese, we started to speak in Vietnamese too, acting he some hotshot that knows everything. In the end, we just asked for our wiper blade back and left. If you can't let go if your own ego to serve customers and provide different insight without being hostile, customer interaction shouldn't be part of your job. I hope that he never works there again and as seen how much of this is a local staple store for auto parts, its a shame I can't support this place at the slightest.

Read on their website they can help with install on certain products which would save me from labor charges if I went to a dealership or car shop I'm sure. Came in & was greeted by Josue. I told him the situation that I was looking to buy a new battery & was wondering if my car was a one they could install the new one into. I would of done it myself like in the past but I've since bought a new car and this one was not a simple un-screw & swap, you would need tools that I simply didn't have. Josue went outside to check and went back inside to double check with his coworker Paola. Paola looked up my car's information & confirmed they could do it. Paola gave Josue a lot of advice on how to go about it & also gave him some tools to do it. Josue looked up several batteries that would best fit my car & answered any questions I had. Josue was able to install my new battery after purchase and took him maybe around 10-15 mins, not too bad & Im sure it would of took me hours.
