    I am not a car person by any means, so when I noticed my headlights weren't turning on, I low key freaked out cause I've had some uncomfortable situations at auto stores. I asked my brother for help and he referred me to Winchester Auto Parts cause "those guys know what they're talking about". He also suggested I take pictures to show them. I went in and showed Ismael the picture and what I was there for. He and John were really nice and professional. It was a quick trip. Then came time to replace the bulbs. I saw a video on YouTube that made it seem pretty easy, but I was still nervous. Jose came out and offered to help. He also shared his knowledge to not touch the bulb due to the oils on our hands and the temperature of the bulbs. Thank you Winchester Auto Parts and Jose, Ismael, and John for your kindness and help! Hopefully I won't have to see y'all anytime soon, but I know I'll be in good hands when I do.

My car had issues once I left and I went back to let her know but she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She even blamed my car with having other issues which it did not. A few days later my car completely died on me on the freeway. I had no lights no power. The tow truck driver that came to my assistance checked my battery and realized it was completely unplugged. She had not tighten the connection correctly. She should not be allowed to change out any batteries if she does not know how to actually do it. Employees should be properly trained. Their lack of knowledge can cost a life.

Must have been training as he had no uniform on but a Paris looking soccer jersey. Whether or not he was training not okay. Poor Luis assistant manager looked beyond frustrated. Tip to Luis Don't show your emotion to your customers. I understand your job is tough but as customer I don't need to here you have been there since 6. Will not be coming back here no matter how bad I need a part.

    Overall terrible experience…read more I was looking for a very specific part that I needed that night, a helicoil to be exact. I saw online that this store had it so I called ahead to verify it. the first time I called they asked how may I help you. As soon as I began talking they cut me off and told me please hold then hung up. I figured it was a simple mistake so I called back and no one picked up. a couple of minutes later I tried again and they answered. I told the woman on the phone the item number and she said she'd check. when she told me they had it she said "it's for commercial, you need it?" to which I replied yes. She then asked me to hold on and I got hung up on again. I drove out to go get it and when I got there I stood in line for 25ish minutes then got up to the front and told the cashier the part number. she checked in the back and found that there was nothing matching what I was looking for. In summary, their phone service sucks, they gave me false information, and I drove 45 minutes out of my way for absolutely nothing. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME

They put the minimum of effort into helping you. And when you use your phone number for warranty use and to build up points, most of your purchases don't even show up in their system. I went there to get a warranty replacement part for something I bought a few years ago. The part clearly failed. I gave them my phone number so they can look up the item in my purchase history and there was less than 10 transactions in my customer profile. They have no record of my purchase. Therefore I was not able toto get a warranty replacement on the part I desperately needed to get my car back on the road. So I had to buy a new one. But I refused to buy one there at O'Reilly. I went to AUTO ZONE and bought a lifetime warranty part there! I would much rather give them my money. They have a great mobile app with ALL of my purchases and a list of all the parts that have warranties. It tells me if the warranty is active or expired. They also have a much better rewards program. O'Reilly, you can do much better! You lost me as a customer and I will always recommend Auto Zone or even Temu before I send people to any of your stores! So much for offering lifetime warranty parts when your customers can't even take advantage of it. I only gave you one star because 0 is not an option.
