I know there tends to be a markup, but double is just wrong. I told him that I will only pay $90 for the part, and he said he's "glad we're on the same page," whatever the hell that means, and assured me that my car would be ready in a couple days. Fast forward 1 week and 5 phone calls later...the car was still not done, so when I went in to get it, he'd done nothing and hadn't even picked up the part yet!! After 1 week!! I said I'm not leaving my car with you for one more day, so I had to wait while one of his goons went to the BMW dealership, got the part, and put it in. He had my car for one effing week and did the whole job in front of me in an hour and a half!! This guy is a shady crook and anyone considering giving him their business should run far, far away. Also, WTF is up with "Tranny Man," I guess he doesn't know what that implies? Whatever, the place sucks and I hope they didn't steal parts out of my car and replace them with after market ones, that's how little I trust the bastard. Don't go there.

And they told me bring the vehicle in for inspection. I arrived about 15 minutes before they open and surprisingly the gentlemen instead of pushing me away by telling me we are still not open asked me to come in and I was able to leave my car that is above and beyond especially because I expected a please wait.We're not open yet. So they contacted me that day. Giving me a price range. And they kept their word. My vehicle was there over the weekend, the next day, I noticed a check engine light on. So I decided to drive back To Leale's they put it in the scanner. And they noticed that it had a code related to the cadillac converter one of the gentleman there told the one that was scanning for codes. Raise up the vehicle, make sure that all the sensors are connected. They could have missed not connecting one. And that can be the cause of the check engine light. They did remove that check engine light. And also they had the person that was working on my car. The day before, and he mentioned that one of the gaskets in the exhaust before the Cadillac converter was a little deteriorated, and they recommended that I change that. So I do appreciate the honesty. My car is Running even better than before, as they did not just fix the leak but actually serviced the transmission. I would definitely recommend this place. I do a google search and it's just like looking for medical advice, according to google my truck is dying. I spoke with Alex and he said bring it in. I get a call later in the day and he says my transmission is fine but has some recommendations. I took his advice, they changed some valve in my transmission and also greased the driveline. Boom it's like a completely different truck. Alex might quite possibly be the last honest shop in town. Highly recommend!
