He told me they were going to work on it right away and so I said great! After confirming that the water pump had broken and that they could have it repaired the same day I was very surprised and impressed. I did get a little concerned with the estimate but up to this point everything had gone better then expected so I went ahead and told them to get it repaired. Later that afternoon I got a call telling me that The job was done so I went in and picked it up after they let me know about a payment option which I qualified for and all was good again in my life!! The job carries a two year or 20,000 mile warranty and I even had my original cost for the inspection returned to me which I needed. I highly recommend dirks transmission and repairs to anyone with a small to large repair and need it done quickly and with complete professionalism. I will be going back for any future repairs and maintenance needed on my daily driver C6 Corvette 2008. Thanks Omar and the entire staff at Dirks auto repair. I wanted to post an update as of the end of the week of the repairs being completed and I did take my car back to Dirks because of a smell of antifreeze and just wanted to be safe. So there was a small leak in a heater hose that went undetected during the final pressure test performed. Omar told me to bring it in and we can take a second look so I did and it does happen, there was a small leak in a heater hose and it needed to be replaced as well. My car ended up being totaled so I had the rental for over 2 weeks until I got $$ for my car and was able to buy me another used car (I didn't have anything fancy). They also do mechanical work, A/C charging, all kinds of stuff, even on Sat & Sun. They are really nice and make you feel comfortable, not a bunch of pervert guys leering at you. I would recommend them to ANYONE. I'm not well -off, so it's not like I got special treatment due to having money. I make $1,000 a month and had a 1992 model car. They treat everyone the same.
