He measures our house and then sat brought in some pieces for us to look at. They took a picture of our living room on their phone and then the app would add the flooring we wanted to see. They also had the samples with them. So with both of those we felt like we were able to make a well informed decision. After we picked the flooring they sat down with us to go over the quote so we understood each part. They were very professional every step of the way. The total cost of everything was broken down so we felt well informed on everything on the page. When installation day came the crew showed up right on time. They didn't give us a four hour block of time that we had to be there for like some other service oriented businesses. We knew what time they were going to show up and they came on time. The installation crew were professional and answered the few questions we had. I was amazed at the speed by which they could do things. Our whole project was completed in only a day! It looks fantastic. We love it. We get complements on it when friends visit. Our floors were installed only 2-3 years ago and are now cracking throughout our home. We paid to have the floors leveled as part of the installation, another contractor immediately noticed areas that weren't level and explained why the floors weren't holding up over time. Looking back, there were concerns during installation, including a suggestion to cut over six inches off a door to accommodate an issue with their work. They did come to understand why we were not willing to do that and we were grateful for that. We trusted that we were paying for quality workmanship, especially from a company that specializes in flooring. It's unfortunate to now be dealing with these problems after such a short amount of time. We've reached out about our concerns and never received a response.

We found the carpet we wanted there (on our own...when I was returning the samples the consultant had recommended and instead found the carpet I was looking for in another section of the showroom she never even showed me) and because their staff were so unresponsive and unprofessional (our initial consultant left town and punted us to one of her colleagues who in turn left town!), I searched online to find what retailers carried the Masland brand. That's how I found CDC. I called and immediately was greeted by a very kind, helpful, and responsive woman named Wyoma. She let us know they carried the carpet we liked, came out to measure our house that same evening, and said we'd have our carpet installed immediately after delivery (which was important given we were trying to get things done before moving into our new home). The carpet arrived the following week as anticipated, and she was incredibly accommodating in trying to schedule the installation for when we weren't having work done at the new house. The carpet was installed and the installer did a fantastic job! The carpet looks amazing and has completely transformed the upstairs level of our new home. We could not be happier with our overall experience and new carpet. HIGHLY highly recommended.
