I needed a large invasive tree removed from my front yard, so I reached out to Arbor Care Tree…read moreservice (among a few other companies) for quote. Amongst all the quotes, they were in the median price range, but they had the largest portfolio of positive photos and reviews, which is why I selected them for this service. Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. I have already referred them to others through word of mouth, but wanted to do so on this platform as well because they deserve the praise for a job well done. Thank you!

He trimmed 2 trees and in looking at 2 larger trees, he was concerned not only about heat stress but about how to achieve the proper rebalancing of tree proportions. It was clear to me that Joe does the right thing for his customers and I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. Joe even walked my yard suggesting solutions to problems my other shrubs and trees were having. I highly highly recommend this business and Joe.

They originally told me the poison treatments were guaranteed but now they say there is no guarantee, and surprise-surprise, and want me to pay again. Absolutely not. Tree Trimming: They told me they'd trim this one particular tree down to 6 feet. Instead, all they did was shape it. We asked them 2 more times while they were on site to trim it down more, and the crew gave us attitude about it. In the end, it never did get trimmed down to what we were originally told. Scheduling: It took over a month for them to fix their original estimate to make the changes I requested and schedule the job. I lost count of how many times I called, texted, and emailed. I kept being told someone would call back, and then they wouldn't. I should have trusted my gut and not used them at all. Will not use this company again. It's amazing to me they're still in business. That's probably why they changed their name.

I have multiples and didn't want the wrong one removed - a distinct danger with other companies I have worked with. This crew communicated well, and I would have been just fine, but I appreciate their understanding. I always hate to lose an old, mature tree, but we had an orange tree that was dying. Removing a citrus with fruit on it is not a fun job, but this crew had it done in what seemed like 5 minutes. It was fast! They ground the stump, filled in the hole and left everything looking immaculate. Drew and team also selected and planted a new tree at a really competitive price. I now have a lovely, large olive tree that is big enough to not look sad and lonely in the middle of a space that formerly held a mature tree. They called 811 first, and were careful of irrigation pipes. Cleanup was again thorough, and the tree looks like it's been here for years. This is hands down the best tree company I've ever worked with!

We read the reviews, and picked Three Trees. Octavio was from the first moment friendly, open, and reasonable. We asked for a quote on Friday night and he showed up Saturday morning, armed with an extremely fair quote, and less than an hour and a half later was finished - and the trees look fantastic! Trimmed beautifully as we requested, and all of the waste cleaned up as if it was never there. He was friendly, got the job done and did it right, and made me feel as if his service was a good investment - which is all you can ask for from a service contractor. Plus, our trimmed trees don't look like scraggly, naked trees - they are still full and aesthetic. We are definitely going to use Three Trees again, and if you want quick, skilled service at a great value, you will too!

Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again.
