Therefore, I contracted Tree PROS to reshape the trees and lower the canopy. They did a great job. From the time the crew arrived to they were finished with cleanup, the crew was in constant motion. Having the bucket and wood chipper on site allowed the men to quickly shape these large trees and process the branches into one big truckload of mulch. Once the trimming was complete, the crew cleaned the yard and left it looking better than it did before they started. I thought they would be there all day, but having the right crew and the right equipment allowed them to complete the work in a couple of hours. I was thinking of rating them 4 stars because they were not low bid. But the quality of their service certainly rated the 5 stars. It was worth a little more cost to assure that my big beautiful trees were professionally cared for. I will certainly use them again.

They originally told me the poison treatments were guaranteed but now they say there is no guarantee, and surprise-surprise, and want me to pay again. Absolutely not. We asked them 2 more times while they were on site to trim it down more, and the crew gave us attitude about it. In the end, it never did get trimmed down to what we were originally told. Scheduling: It took over a month for them to fix their original estimate to make the changes I requested and schedule the job. I lost count of how many times I called, texted, and emailed. I kept being told someone would call back, and then they wouldn't. I should have trusted my gut and not used them at all. Will not use this company again. It's amazing to me they're still in business. That's probably why they changed their name.

This crew communicated well, and I would have been just fine, but I appreciate their understanding. I always hate to lose an old, mature tree, but we had an orange tree that was dying. Removing a citrus with fruit on it is not a fun job, but this crew had it done in what seemed like 5 minutes. It was fast! They ground the stump, filled in the hole and left everything looking immaculate. Drew and team also selected and planted a new tree at a really competitive price. They relied on 'rope & pulley' method to contain the landing of the heavy top sections that worked perfectly to prevent any adjacent damage. (Other companies wanted to use large, expensive cranes). Their clean-up was good, had very experienced team and had good accompanying equipment. The overall experience was excellent and I plan to use ArborCraft again for other tree issues.
