Not only did their prices seem fair, but he was the only one to take time to actually come look at the yard for an accurate quote. My review is 100% honest. You don't even mention anything that I lied about. The irrigation system was never even considered because of the pool deck. No need to mention that because it is not an issue. SIgn of someone lying is throwing in details that don't make a difference. You never talked about roto till or leveling. Those are things I assumed you would do because that is what the job required....you were looking right at what work needed to be done. Also, this is standard practice for the industry. If you're suggesting that you needed to charge more for those services, that is ridiculous! Think about the money you got for this job and what little work was done. I hired Ted on February 9 to do a simple , I thought, job of fixing the sprinkler system and spreading rock on one side of the house. It is now April 21 and one station is still not working and he has not showed up as promised to fix it. Spreading the rock was another disaster as the first try was the wrong rock , and I was out of town to prevent him from doing wasted work that he had to do to remove it and spread the new rock when it arrived a week later. I was extremely patient with him because of these tough times, and I wanted him to succeed. Too many delays and excuses added up to a bad experience. My mother called Ted (owner of EZ Breezy) to do her lawn. Ted showed up & gave my mother an estimate to do her lawn care & she hired him. Every time they showed up to do her lawn, they used MY MOTHERS lawn equipment, they made HER provide all fuel, & they NEVER took the branches or trimmings, they just stacked them up next to her house. She paid Ted SPECIFICALLY to trim the trees, rake the yard, & remove the branches. Upon hiring Ted & his crew, she made it clear that she was hiring him to mow the grass & take care of the trees so when he showed up today 12/01/2016, I myself asked by him to PLEASE remove all the branches that he had stacked next to her house. Ted told me NO, get someone else to do it. He then sped out of my mothers driveway. He is a jackass that took advantage of my elderly mother.
