Jay has a can-do attitude and goes above and beyond in his service! I really appreciate his good customer service and responsiveness! Pool owners beware! Had a lot of promise when I was looking into pool maintenance and saw J&B pop up. But after the first initial week of maintenance the quality of work went downhill. The only level of work Jay put into the pool was just a quick scrub on the wall and splash of chlorine. He never took more than 10 minutes at most to "maintain the cleanliness" of the pool. Value wasn't worth it. Pretty sure the other reviews have to be fake with the experience that was dealt with. read more

Alright let me explain why the 1 star. Long story short. In the beginning of November he said he will be out for a couple of months due to surgery blah blah. He got another guy to clean my pool. Today this guy Daniel the guy he hired stated I need to pay him for November and for cleaning the filter. I told Daniel I already paid Jay for November. I just need to pay him $90 for the filter cleaning. Jay texted me stating that I didn't him pay him for Nov. I'm like no, I paid you I have a bank statement to prove it. I sent him my monthly invoices payments. He insisted that i owe him a month of payment. Threatening to stop my service if I don't pay him. This goes to show that he doesn't want to pay Daniel for the month of November. I paid this guy every month without missing a payment. Don't get me wrong he was nice in the beginning. Until today. If this guy will Try to swindle me for another payment then he needs to go else where with that. I Will not recommend this guy. It was good while it lasted. Smh On Thanksgiving too lol. Had multiple estimates for pool filter cleaning however Jay at J&B pool service had the best price, came within hours of request and did an excellent job. In addition was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. I typically do it myself so I know how the job should be done and he did it perfectly. I would highly recommend his company. read more
