Lee had to work with a dodgy, older valet key. He said the new one would "settle in" with use and postulated 20 - 30 use cycles should take care of most of the break-in. 40 uses later, the key is almost 100% and should be perfect in a few more weeks. Highly recommended!!!

Fast, honest, professional, and truly caring for the job and customers. 5)  The price also is unbeatable!!  I highly recommend it.

No FOB, just keys…read more Since it's an older car I figured maybe it's due to scarcity so I went ahead and bought some compatible key blanks. I let OMG know and asked whether that would drop the price. Nope, same price. Next day I went to another place that cut me three sets of spares--6 keys--for 1/3 the total cost of cutting two. And in 20 minutes, no less. The estimate I was given is likely par-for-the-course in this area, and depending on the amount of business one gets that is fine. But as with everything, shop around first. In my case, I just needed keys cut. No FOB, no programming, nothing fancy. Just use the key-cutting machine to scan the original and...make...a...duplicate. And I would've been fine driving over to have them done. Not saying anything particularly negative. If you need a FOB for your BMW or Mercedes then $75 a key is nothing--it's probably lunch for you. It just didn't fit my situation, and I found better value elsewhere.

The locksmith attempted to program the key twice before informing me that it is not compatible. Luckily, he had a key made for my car with him. However, the price was similar to car dealerships. If there is such a thing as the "Neiman Marcus of locks", this place would be it…read more We had just bought our new house and due to my crazy security paranoias (hey, I watch enough horror/slasher films to know that the little Asian girl bites it EVERY TIME), I insisted that we get new locks for the place immediately following settlement. As our agent's dad and uncle are the owners of H&H, he kindly called them up to let them know that we were coming over. H & H is tiny and the store is crammed to the ceiling (literally) with locks, safes and all sorts of security gear! It's not well organized, but it's OK, because all you need to do is talk to the guys here, and they will help you out with what you need! We explained to them my paranoia...yet as we just plunked down a huge chunk of our savings for this house, we also needed to watch the budget. They immediately found us a lock that was super strong and very secure...yet didn't break the bank. Although they have an install service, after speaking to my husband for a few minutes and assertaining his handiman-status (ie. does he know what a screwdriver looks like? Has he ever installed a lock before?), they gave him some instructions and sent us on our merry way. YAY! Very knowledgeable and very nice! Definitely carries some of the more heavy-duty and specialized locks...but honestly, when it comes to home security, do you *really* want to chintz out?!

Otari and I communicated via email--pictures of the locks, keyslots and knobs were sent. Otari came back with a quote to rekey all the locks we wanted---a straightforward ALL IN PRICE broken down per lock. To know how each lock was being priced was important. No hidden surprise fees. He beat all the others who responded to my Yelp inquiry, including the one that someone at the local hardware store off Arlington sent me to. The job was done in less than 90 minutes--4 locks 3 doors. He had to enlarge an opening for a new lock and did that too, no extra charge.
