Two and a half years later there still remains 35% of unfinished work as of today. The company's owner has stopped all work and taken our money and will not return any communication. This was a large portion of our hard-earned lifetime savings and retirement funds, which has caused us a great deal of distress, frustration and extra time and expense. We strongly believe Peter of Sunrise Premiere Pools of VA has no integrity, no business ethics and no respect for his clients and contracts. He is dishonorable and dishonest. Beware of signing any agreements with this company, He is very charming and smooth to gain trust of his clients until he squeezes most of the payments out of them and then disappears and stops taking calls. There are several complaints against this company and they have had 2 violations with DPOR in 2017 and 2020. Unsuspecting innocent victims are still falling prey to this companies' unscrupulous business practices.

It was such a relief to simply enjoy our pool all summer without having to worry about something going wrong. We also want to recognize Tee Jae, who installed our new salt cell. The installation went smoothly and was another great experience. We truly appreciate the care, consistency, and attention to detail this team provided throughout the season. We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

I reached out to the team at Dolphin Pools Services and they fixed the pump so much sooner. After it was repaired they asked if there was any other support we needed. They came out to assist with cleaning the pool, removing all the dead algae as our pool turned green and helped balance our chemicals. Dolphin Pool Services will be our go to team going forward for our pool support needs!

This is my third year in a row on the George Mason University Campus for the purpose of attending…read morethe Virginia High School State Swimming Championship. Parking can be a challenge for visitors depending on timing. There is a lot of close surface parking. The lot was overall pretty clean with minor debris. The facility although dated to the early 70's is in great condition and was fully renovated in the past 15 years. The primary pool and diving well is for George Mason Swim and Dive team practice and competition. However, faculty and students can use the pool. They also have a Masters swim group. The spectator area is extremely compact, but spans the entire length of the pool and well. The Olympic size pool is 50 meters with movable bulkhead, platform diving and well. The aquatic complex consist of approximately 145,000 gallons of swimming capability. The Long Course pool has eight lanes for competition with depths of 7-8 feet for greater speed. The facility is maintained to high standards and is kept very clean. The locker room area is somewhat small, but was pretty clean. There were two malfunctioning items. A sink was closed off and a non flushing urinal. Fairfax is a cool historic city with the George Mason campus meshing into the community. Day passes are offered to visitors for $10. This covers the entire pool and fitness areas in the building.

Both the 5 & 6 A high school swim meets have been at this venue for years, how long I do not know. They hold the meets on back to back days. The location on the campus of George Mason University in Northern Virginia where many of the large schools pulls from could be a reason for why they choose this pool. Also finding a pool space that can accommodate large competition numbers with plenty of warm up/cool down is necessary. The surface parking is nearby. The pool offers a 50 Meter, plus diving well. No platform is offered. Pool temps correct and air temp comfortable. I find the air quality is their biggest asset, it's excellent. The chemicals utilized to purify are top notch. They also have a 25 yard fitness pool. The building houses student/faculty recreation, gyms and classrooms. Overall the facility although older is well maintained. My biggest complaint is spectator area which is limited. The staff does a great job keeping things clean. I will be back posting updated pics in February for my son's Junior year.
