Meet the Business Owner: Jiri George D.
Jiri George Danihel, founder of House Inspection Associates, is a full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, licensed in VA & MD, with over 5,000+ documented inspections to his credit. Clients benefit from his exceptional inspection training, as well his 12 years experience as an owner of a general contracting company. Jiri holds Level 1 Infrared Camera Certification, used to find energy loss areas in homes and commercial buildings, and finding potential mold and moisture in concealed areas in basements and wall cavities. Relying on a B.S. in Information Technology, Jiri oversees the company's computerized reporting system. HIA reports, which include summaries, detailed sections and photos, are very clear and are easily followed.
