I was looking for something small for my daughter's birthday, after browsing Yelp for about a hour I found Izzys Cake Pops... after I noticed their raving reviews I decided to give them a try, and I'm glad I did. I contacted them with a custom order. My daughter absolutely loves FNAF (Five Nights At Freddy's). From start to finish they have been more then helpful every step of the way with clear contact. I wish every place contained this type of customer service that they offer here. They can customize just about any design.. they also have a variety of different flavors to choose from as well. I went with 5 FNAF cake pops and a single Cupecake character... I love how it turned out. [ They can be found on the second level of the food court at MainPlace.] If you're looking for something "special", this is definitely a place you want to try... I'm completely satisfied with the end results and I know my daughter will love em! I'll definitely be returning with future orders. 5stars across the board

Customer service suck. I don't know if it's the owner or employer, but he has no personality. He is so rude yesterday I was about to go buy some cake pops for my daughter's birthday when I saw him arguing with some clients wishing them they will die that's very unprofessional. I wish they shut down the store. He doesn't deserve to be working there he looks like uncle Fester. He smelled imagine how dirty it is. Absolutely horrible. Bought a cake pop and a cookie. Both were so old and stale it was ridiculous. They had obviously been there for a long time. If you don't sell your baked goods after a day or 2, then you need to throw them away, not keep them for weeks until they're sold. This was the absolute worst place I've been to. I would never go back again. Unfortunately I was already home so we just threw everything away. Otherwise I definitely would have demanded my money back. Don't go there!! read more

I was going to just buy standard cake pops from the grocery store for my daughter's birthday when my curiosity made me look up custom Cake pops. Knowing I was VERY short on time (her bday was on Tuesday) I found Izzy's Cake Pops. I walked up to the store (Saturday before) and was greeted by a friendly man (turned out to be her husband) who was very helpful and told me to text her. She was so nice and asked all the right questions to make sure the order was perfect. I'm so glad she was able to take the time to make my 8 Dino pops. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a place to get this made in time for the celebration because I was running behind with placing an order. Luckily, I found Izzy's and she was able to make the cake pops in time for his birthday! I was also impressed with the detailed instructions on where to park within the mall for convenient pick up. I've always bought cake pops from this place every time I came to the mall but I've never thought to check the inside of them. I was going to eat the cake pop I had just bought and it randomly split open, I didn't think much of it because I could just eat the pieces. Until I saw what was inside was moldy. I immediately threw it away and checked the other two cake pops I bought and they were both moldy but not as much as the first one I almost ate. I managed to get a photo of the other one but I wish I had taken a photo of the first one because it was so gross. Hello Everyone, I'm Laura with Izzy's Cake Pops! I would like to just go over a little backstory about Izzy's Cake Pops. We are a Family owned and operated bakery! The name Izzy's is a name that our daughter Isabella was called when she played soccer and she loved helping me in the kitchen so the name just stuck . We have enlisted all of our kids to help with our store so this bakery was truly formed as a family business from the start. Your sweets are made by me, the baker creator of all the sweets you will see at our store and all the custom orders placed with us . We have been in the Main Place Mall since May 2018 and started out as just a little cake pop cart, and in May 2021 we were able to open our location upstairs in the food court . This bakery has come full circle and so excited for where we are today. Our Buttercream and Cream cheese frosting is homemade, the old fashioned way. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.

The meat in both sandwiches was tender, and all of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I also enjoyed the homemade macaroni salad, and the oatmeal cookie--made without raisins--was a light and tasty treat that completed a delicious lunch. We only wish we had discovered this place sooner. It will definitely become a regular stop for us whenever we travel to the Los Angeles area.

I ordered these cookies for my daughter's baby shower and the were such a blessing to her...she loves sugar cookies. They were a hit at the shower as well. Katie's designs are remarkably detailed and custom designed. Katie accommodated my requests and even gave us samples to taste the product before we purchased. Now I find myself wanting to create an event, just so I can do it all again!

Communication was good, and Renae checked in with me several times throughout the process. The cake pops were equally as good. People raved about the strawberry cheesecake. I was asked by multiple people where I got these cupcakes from. I had the chance to sample both, and honestly the triple chocolate was delicious as well. The cake is moist, the frosting buttery and not super sweet. I can see why the strawberry cheesecake was the star of the show among the parents, though. As for customer service - great! Cupcake ready when promised. Larry helped me carry my order to the car, and gave me good instructions on care and transport. I would order from him again for any event.
