Vibe: Girly and cute, the place is adorned with faux flowers on the wall, flower table cloths, pink…read morevelvet chairs. Definitely an overall Pink theme. It looks clean and spacious enough for a small scale tea shop. There are a-la-carte menu items (pastries, tea) and an afternoon tea menu. Price: $45 for the Royal Tea Experience package which is extremely reasonable considering what you get. There is a 90 mins max for each tea experience. They are pretty booked from what I saw. Food: For the Royal Tea Experience, each of us got: tea of choice, 5 tea sandwiches (Cucumber Dill Cream cheese, Chicken Salad, Egg Salad, Cranberry Turkey pinwheel, Roast Beed Arugula), 2 scones (Vanilla and Strawberry), Cream, Strawberry preserve, berries and some grapes, 3 desserts (mini muffin, Chocolate brownie, some kind of mini cake). The tea pots were a lot smaller than other places I've been to (probably enough for 1.5 cups of tea if filled to the rim). I love the heart-shaped sugar cubes, the size is just enough for a half teaspoon of sugar. They didn't have any milk for the tea set up like other places I've been to. I love the roast beef sandwich balanced flavor; the chicken one is really bland, a dash of curry powder would enhance the flavor more in my opinion; the cucumber needs to be sliced thinner as these slices are rather chunky; the scones are fine - I usually prefer my scones warm but only 1 place I know that serve it that way. The tea selection is decent, I went for Jasmine Rose. I feel that the scent and tea flavor was rather weak. There was barely any scent of each so it didn't leave a big impression on me. I want to try other ones in the future for sure. The staff was super nice to offer an extra tea bag if the flavor is too weak so I went for another bag. Service: Excellent! They were fast, courteous, and friendly. 2 staff made their rounds frequently to check on us and made sure we had enough hot water in our tea pots . Parking: This is where I docked up a star. The parking lot is shared with many businesses in the same strip mall. I came here at 10 AM on a Saturday and the whole parking lot was filled, there was no spot for me to park. My friend had to park all the way on the other side of the mall and I managed to find some parking in the back (side street). Avoid lunch time at all cost, there were cars waiting around as they couldn't find any parking. After the tea experience, we went somewhere else and upon coming back around 3 PM, half the parking lot is empty. If I would give anyone a tip on the parking time, it seems to be ideal around this time.

Don't forget to ask her if she has a free candle or birthday topper available! She usually has a bunch behind the counter she hands out. She gave me a candle (I got to pick out the color) and I got a little tiny happy birthday topper to put in the pup cake PS- the pup cupcakes smell absolutely delicious! The peanut butter frosting smells out of this world. I almost took a bite. As always, this place is extremely clean Staff is great! Parking is great! Flavors to pick from are great They have a huge variety. I'm so bummed I got there too late and missed out on their coconut cupcake and they had a pistachio one!! (Her flavors are always the best and always changing) So I had to go with my old trusty. I got a wedding cake one and a birthday confetti one. Again, these cupcakes are HUGE. So I tried the strawberry donut (inspired by her strawberry cupcake) the donuts are all in the back and not on display like the cupcakes are It's the best of both worlds The donut was light and fresh. It tasted like a Krispy Kreme but with the delicious frosting of a cupcake. This is on the sweeter side, for me? Sweeter the better. But might be too sweet for others. I can't wait to come back here for all my cupcake and cake needs in the future!!! Don't waste your money. Albertsons or Costco cake tastes much better and the customer service is better too! The owners are rude, condescending and defensive when speaking to customers about a problem. They don't appear to have any idea what customer service is. The cake tasted horrible, I threw it away and did not serve it to my guests. It tasted old and dry and the frosting was awful. I provided a picture to the owner Mike and he indicated that he could make the cake in the picture. We discussed the details and he indicated that it would be no problem to make the cake. Unfortunately, when I received the cake it was not what I ordered. My husband picked up the cake and when I saw it I called Mike right away to inform him that the cake was on a sheet that did not fit in the refrigerator and it was also not the cake that I had ordered. Mike became defensive and insisted the cake was beautiful. Mike appeared to be offended that I did not like the cake. He stated that he realized it was not like the cake in the picture but that is how he makes a pillow shaped cake. The cake was simply baked in a square cake pan and fondant was placed on top of it. The cake in the picture provided looked like a fluffy throw pillow. I only agreed to pay $225 for a cake that was a size of a sheet of paper because of the specific design. If I wanted a square cake I could have made one myself or ordered one elsewhere for much less. The worst part of this whole experience is that there is a complete disregard for customer service. There was no apology and when I asked if I would be accommodated for the inconvenience Mike's response was "Um, I don't give refunds, I think it was a great cake. My wife will be upset when she hears about this". When I informed Mike that the cake would not fit in the refrigerator he stated "use your neighbors, what do you want me to do ask my customers what size their refrigerators are?" I informed Mike that the cake was the size of a sheet of paper and I did not expect that he would place it on an oversized sheet. I informed Mike that he did not need to ask me the size of my refrigerator, yet all he would need to do is have the cake placed on a sheet that fits a standard refrigerator to ensure it would fit in any of his customer's refrigerator's (especially since it was not an oversized cake). Clearly Mike was more concerned about his ego and how wonderful he felt the cake was even though it was not what the customer ordered. Mike agreed to call me Monday to discuss this and come to a resolution but he did not call as he stated he would. I have informed my friends and we will not be using this company again. I wish I would have read the reviews before using them; it seems that many people have had a bad experience with Cinderella Cakes. Terrible taste, terrible service. read more

They were awesome with being able to accommodate a last minute order however everything after the order being placed was unfortunately very less than expected. We paid to have them delivered to us and the delivery driver called and asked me to meet him at an adjacent property nearby as he didn't want to deal with the convention center parking. I told him we paid for them to be delivered and didn't have time to run around to retrieve them ourselves otherwise we would've picked up as the location was just a few miles away to begin with. He was very unprofessional and not wanting to listen to the delivery instructions. Then I get another call from him telling me he left our order at the lost and found and that I could come there to pick it up. Keep in mind this was 2 convention halls/buildings away from where we were and it took approx 30 minutes to go out of our way to do so right in the middle of the final dress rehearsal, in addition him creating a liability issue with leaving our cookies unattended by an appropriate party as these cookies were for attending guests. I then called the bakery to inform them I wouldn't be paying for the delivery fee and if the situation and they said they would get back to me and it's a week later and haven't heard anything. The cookies were just cookies, no great taste and not worth it if you want something tasty, but for corporate events, provided you pick your order up - they should suffice. However, if I had the time I likely wouldn't use this bakery again with their unprofessionalism and taste less service. read more

This place is a hit and miss, how come they can't keep consistency of constantly having good cupcakes? I would get good cupcakes on 1 day, and dry, dull cupcakes on another day. Supposedly everything is "fresh bake" daily...so why are my salted caramel and double chocolate cupcakes so dry beyond tolerable? I've had nasty cupcakes, but these 2 on my recent visit made it to the top of my list of nasty. Unless they don't bake daily like they said. Because nothing bundt cakes is still soft and moist on day 4! I tried calling and reaching out the owner and she never answered or got back to me. No explanation, no update, nothing. They completely ignored all my messages and phone calls. I paid a lot of money for this cake and I never received it. Now I'm having to dispute the charge with my bank because I can't even get anyone from the business to respond. I don't understand how you can take someone's money for an order, not deliver it, and then not even respond when they try to reach you. Beware!!!

The selection of macarons is always great, and last time I was here (in May), they had an incredible extra-giant Dubai chocolate macaron. Seriously, it was filled with the most amazing chocolate filling and was by far the best Dubai chocolate treat I've ever had. These macarons hold up best when refrigerated, but I've carried them around for a few hours at time, and they've still been okay. Just handle with care so that they don't break in transit!

I waited the 15 minutes that the staff recommended, and the texture was spot on. As for flavor, it was slightly nutty but other than that didn't really have much of a Dubai type flavor. The chocolate didn't come through too much and the pistachio flavor was very light. I had the feeling this would be an expensive touristy type food stand, and I feel like I was right. The treats here are interesting sounding and beautiful to look at, but in the end I think it is an expensive 'viral treat' trap. I personally don't think I will try this place again.
