Instead, they took hundreds and ruined her hair. Update - 6/28/25: I've added two photos that show just how awful the color came out. When we raised concerns, Mary--the stylist--claimed that unless your hair is "virgin" (i.e., never dyed), there's no guarantee for good results. That's a ridiculous excuse for botched work. If your stylist can't work with previously dyed hair, they shouldn't be offering color services at all. If you value your hair, your money, or even just basic respect--go somewhere else. I had surgery a few years ago and it took a very long time to grow out my hair again, I have very thin Asian hair. I let her know I wanted it short, showed her an inspiration picture and asked her opinion. I originally kind of wanted a side-swept bixie (pixie bob cut). She advised me what would look best for my face and hair health and I'm so glad to have gone with her recommendation. I love it. Will be coming here again for maintenance on it.
