The owners hire store attendants who are not knowledgeable on the products that they sell. If you need help, or ask questions, they appear lost and will suggest something random. And, the products that are sold here are indeed overpriced, you can find a better price at a store like Walmart, Target, or Amazon. The hair that they sell for wigs, sew-in's etc. is also poor quality. A lot of time I regret my purchase after coming here. FYI, you cannot legally require a customer to provide ID when completing a purchase, Visa and Mastercard prohibit this. That's a wild, discriminatory practice. If they ask, tell them no, and they still have to complete the purchase. To the owner: How can you morally profit from a predominantly Black customer base, while remaining ignorant of their hair care needs and simultaneously discriminate against them? Overall, it's a weirdly isolating and aggravating experience shopping here, but sadly, it's the most convenient when in a pinch.

They also carry a small selection of Asian beauty care products. I spotted a couple of face masks, eye patches, and the biggest steal for me was the 60 Korean pimple patches for $7.99. Employees are nice. This store is located in a busy plaza, next to Walmart. They have a wide selection of false lashes featuring: strip lashes, lash clusters, magnetic lashes, and more. They have something for every lash lover from natural styles to dramatic ones. There's also several unique lashes that I typically don't see at mainstream beauty stores or online. One thing to note is the store sells some dupe items such as fragrances and bags. They're obvious dupes, so not an attempt to mislead customers. As with any beauty supply store, it's always a good idea to pay attention when shopping, as some beauty supply stores carry dupes alongside authentic products.

I have a blunt cut. At no point before installation did she tell me she had any concerns with the hair extensions blending with my hair. The appointment was at a different address than the one listed here. Not a big deal but unexpected. I let her know I was unsatisfied with the finished look as soon she finished. She told me give it a chance and didn't offer a refund of any kind. I tried it make the best of it but got the extensions removed three days later. She was even going to charge me to remove them. She should have been honest from the beginning that there was no way for her to blend my extensions.
