More than not our hours have not aligned, or we have been just too busy with life. My fiancé used to take her kids there 15-20 years ago, but also got sidetracked by life's challenges. We drove by today taking our pup for a walk and noticed the front of the building was damaged, so with that, noticing the open sign was on and we had no plans, we made it a point to stop in and see what they had to offer. They have an amazing assortment of treats, bumpy cakes, strudel's, cookies, flavored pretzel sticks, eclairs with their famous custard filling, lattes and smoothies, and they also make custom cakes. We purchased some cookies, a lemon bar, bumpy came, orange creamsicle and the famous eclair! Everything looks phenomenal. We also found out that a car had slammed in to their building on Father's Day while they were inside filling custom cake orders. Thank goodness nobody was injured. This is a local gem, so get out and support them. I know they will truly appreciate the business.

They said they could fix them, and because of how unacceptable the original cupcakes were, I had no choice but to wait. It would have been absolutely unacceptable to show up to the event with what they originally presented me with. Because of this, I was late to the party that I was responsible for setting up. Once they were fixed, they had to rush to do the best work they could in the short amount of time they had. I appreciate that they tried to make things right, but I can't help but feel that the final result could have looked so much better if my original order had been followed in the first place and they hadn't been forced to rush. We were finally ready to hurry to the event, but thankfully, I checked the 4" cake that came with the bundle before leaving. I had specifically asked for it to say "engaged," only to find that it said "engaded." So, I had to wait even longer and was even more late to the event. After spending over $500, I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and customer service.
