The workers here are always so sweet and welcoming! The ice cream is also very delicious. However, I feel that the portions are very small compared to other ice cream shops in Goleta/Santa Barbara. The small size is supposed to come with two scoops and it is VERY SMALL and looks like just one small scoop instead of two. I think the price does not match the portion sizes and other ice cream shops give more ice cream. You end up feeling like you got a kid sized ice cream instead of a normal portion. If you come here with a craving for ice cream, you may not feel satisfied with the small amount they give you. I would give it another chance if they improved their portion size. read more

The ice cream was good but the owner, Thomas Leu, was terrible towards his employees. He cussed out and threatened to shoot one of his employees right in front of me. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life and I don't recommend anyone going to this place. The owner should be ashamed of himself for being so disrespectful towards his employees, most of which are female students. read more

Honestly, I had the worst experience I've ever had in isla vista at this place. Not because of the people who work there - the girls were so sweet and helpful. The guy who owns the place was so incredibly rude, and i walked in on him yelling at one of his employees. I have never seen anything like that in my entire life, and in my opinion, this guy needs to be investigated. read more

Saw a pretty disturbing scene today where the owner was yelling at his employees. If he does this in front of his customers, I can only imagine what he does when the doors are closed.
