Sanitation is a big deal to me. I had a hard time finding a salon in my last neighborhood that followed proper sanitary procedures, and this place was such a relief. They clearly take sanitation seriously, and I always feel comfortable coming here. I have also had great pedicure experiences, and the barber and hair side of the salon is impressive to watch. Fast, precise, and everyone leaves looking great. Writing this review feels risky because I want to keep my appointments, but this salon deserves the love!! I came in for a gel manicure on my natural nails, but 1 finger was chipped. I asked if they could do a single extension, they recommended to use builder gel instead. At first, it looked fine, but after it cured, it was noticeably thick and not shaped very well. As a result this one fell off after a week. I also tried to point out that the shaping on my nails looked inconsistent from one finger to the next. The technician told me it was just because my finger widths are different & it's impossible to make them look the same. I understand that natural nails are harder to make uniform (compared to extensions), but I was disappointed with the lack of effort. The gel manicure itself was okay. I got a pink color with chrome powder, it lasted about two weeks. Overall, for around $50, I feel like you get what you pay for. It wasn't a terrible experience, but the attention to detail, especially with the shaping and the builder gel, was lacking. The service was friendly though, and you get a stamp card for every visit.

They last at least 4-5 weeks and I weight lift 5x a week so that says a lot. It costs more if you do designs but I believe the base rate for gel x is $40 or $45. The ladies are both super kind.
