Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Half my stuff is still in Dallas due to not having enough room on the truck (blamed me because they didn't quote correctly). In their defense, the area had a massive winter storm delaying the whole move, but they also did not get a large enough truck to move all my stuff then said it was my fault for not sending pictures to them WHEN I WAS OUT OF TOWN. We messaged back and forth multiple times to reschedule, but not once did they remind me to send the pictures. Other movers require the pictures before even quoting so now I have to go back and either move the rest of my stuff by myself or pay someone else. I wish I would have just paid the extra $1k for someone else to do the job properly. Get an accurate quote then think long and hard before you move forward. Also make sure they bring a big enough truck!
