The movers showed up on time and called just before arrival, as I requested, so we could give them parking instructions. The two men that arrived were very courteous and took very good care of our items. We mainly had them move our larger items and they took care to remove doors to avoid scarring the doorway or our things (washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.). This was probably the easiest moves yet because I had confidence in the movers, knowing they knew how to handle our items so they wouldn't dent or scratch. This was a huge relief, as moving is stressful enough. I will definitely use Bell Brothers they next time we move.

They sought clarification at a few points, and it was clear that they liked and respected each other. It wouldn't surprise me if they had worked for years together. They worked like a well-oiled machine, meticulously and carefully. They completed the work an hour and 15 minutes ahead of the projected time, all the while treating items with respect. We had packed many boxes and moved them ourselves, but there were many Home Depot moving boxes left over. They used those boxes, thus saving us the cost of paying for their boxes. I really appreciated this. Also,they are going to move the boxes that we ourselves packed, which saves us money. I was very appreciative of the amiability of the moving crew, of their care and precision in packing, of the fact that they were considerate of our desire to save money everywhere we could, and of how pleasant they were. I had limited items remaining in my home, mostly large items such as washer dryer, beds and mattresses etc. that I wanted moved to a location 15 minutes away. They arrived on time, and once they took a look at the items to be moved, confirmed that the time estimate that I had provided (while overriding the hire a helper phone agent) was good and they did not expect to spend more time. I could see that they diligently wrapped the items in protective lining, even the items with some pre-existing damage to make sure there was no further damage. They also uninstalled, and then at the new location reinstalled my washer dryer perfectly. Overall, I paid exactly what I expected and the service was outstanding.

They are refusing to pay for anything so you've been warned. I am in regret mode and have already consulted my family attorney. In response to Marcus, the gate DID NOT CLOSE ON YOUR TRAILER! I have not used the gate for 1.5 years but the gate has only operated 5 months of that time. Better get your facts straight. I have video of it all and fully expected your joke of a response, just as you have responded to others who've complained about your pathetic service. Your problem Marcus is you don't ever "do the right thing" and are as shady as they come. I will deal with you legally and it will not cost me a dime.

They wrapped up my furniture and even put my table together. Jonathan and his team helped us move today and they were absolutely amazing! They were so patient…read morewith us and worked really well with our needs. You know how apartment moving goes.. some times, your unit isn't exactly how you imagined it to be and there are corners and curbs you don't expect to be there on the day of the move. WELL! That's exactly what happened with our huge a** couch. They twisted it. They turned it. Nope. Nothing was working. They brought the couch all the way downstairs and Jonathan had this idea to remove the door to create more leeway. And what do you know.. it worked!! I was literally looking up apartment friendly couches and was planning on putting our current one in storage/selling it lol. Thankfully we didn't have to do that because I love this couch. To do what they do.. in this Texas weather.. I applaud them. I'm so glad we got such a great team (even the agent who booked our move was extremely professional and got back to me in a timely manner, main reason why we booked them in the first place!) Will definitely be moving with them again next time.. maybe in 2 years haha.

The quoting process was fine, they got back to us in a timely manner. But the real disappointment…read moreis with the moving process. We got 2 young guys who didn't seem very well trained on best moving practices nor were they very well prepared in materials. They didn't have any mattress bags nor enough saran wrap to protect our mattresses or headboards. Luckily we had bags and bubble wrap left over from our last move so we used that. They were also going to use the dirty moving blankets to wrap our mattress but we asked them to use saran wrap, which they did but they ran out of saran wrap and left half of our mattress exposed during the move. When moving our consoles and couches, they also packed them into the truck so that the 4 legs of the heavy furniture would bear the brunt of the traffic movement. When we first moved out here, the other company took the legs off and laid the furniture on the side, effectively spreading the weight across the entire console instead of focusing it on the legs. I had to ask them to do the same thing because I didn't want to risk ruining the furniture. When it came time to move the mattresses into the new house, they dragged it over the mud and ripped the bag, and if we hadn't caught that, they would've brought the muddy mattress bag inside. I hate to micromanage but I feel like if I didn't, our furniture definitely would've gotten more damage / mud / dirty than it should have. The young guys seemed to work hard, but they were woefully untrained and ill prepared for the move.
