The menu reads like a carnivore's fantasy: Brisket Burn End - offered as tacos or tossed with mac&cheese, it's cooked to a melt‑in‑your‑mouth perfection. Pulled Pork - juicy and richly flavored; be sure to sample the house‑made North Carolina‑style BBQ sauce. Baby Back Ribs - my top pick. These fall‑off‑the‑bone ribs can be served with the sauce on the side or brushed with a tangy‑spicy glaze, finished with a light char for that satisfying crunch. Flying Shrimp & Signature Coleslaw - the crisp, golden shrimp pairs beautifully with the refreshing slaw. Flying Pig guarantees a memorable, finger‑licking experience that will have you planning your next visit before the last rib disappears. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, expertly smoked meats in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

It took about 10 to 15 mins for them to get their orders. During the time I waited from 6:02 to 6:30 everyone who walked in after the initial 3 people already there (approx 8 more people) got their orders including at least two people who placed orders at the counter. They asked me 3 times for my name but never prepared my order. when they saw me on a call on my phone they yelled to me that they were waiting for my sides. This was a meal deal for 2. No large order. At 6:25 I confronted the employee at the counter and explained to her all of what I just said and all she said was "sorry we are busy". Yet at 6:25 they were just preparing my order. at that point I was the only person still there and one person who had just walked in. 50 mins from time of order, 30 mins from time of arrival. Since it is our first time, she passed it on to the kitchen manager kyndell, who kindly brought us the palmetto chicken sliders. They were savory and sweet and amazing! The Bri appetizer was delicious as well, with crunchy bread to serve with. On to the lunch : both got the smash burgers, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. Regular fries were seasoned to perfection, and crunchy. Sweet potato fries were waffle and dusted with a little sugar. Both were great! Burger was crispy and you can tell it was a quality meat. House sauce was good as well! Dessert: we got the bacon wrapped dates which was the star of the show. Such a creative concept, came with goat cheese and honey! They were amazing, and I could have had 10 more. The flavors paired perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, Abby and kyndall really made our time special. We will be back to try the pizza and other apps!

*Note: my visit was before the C-19 restrictions. I had this in drafts, and forgot about it.*…read more Being originally from Columbus, OH I guess been to the original restaurant long ago in the late 90's. Due to the closeness of the station, our private ambulance/EMS crews ate there a lot. They even gave us 50% off on duty, and 25% off other times. The family liked it too. I do recall some of the patrons calling it "Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck". I'll explain that at the end. But, times change; I now live in Midlothian, VA retired from EMS after 31 years. We haven't been to a BWW in years, so we used a gift card that was left over from Christmas. Though the decor was "sterile" looking, the restaurant was rather dirty. Especially for a weekend meal, with the restrooms needing a bit of attention. Both my wife's and I had very over cooked/dry wings. With the patronage load being quite low the server was slow and had enough facial piercings to set off metal detectors clear out at Richmond International- but he was quite pleasant and articulate. I'm sorry y'all, but our visit was not impressive. I don't know what has transpired in the last few years, but the food and surroundings need some spiffing up to say the least. Oh, the "Weck" that I mentioned above. I was told back in my Columbus Paramedic days that it was a beef sandwich with the bun soaked with au jus. I had one of these later in NY state. Our Paranormal Investigation team was doing a haunted dry docked US Navy ship, and the restaurant we ate at served them. After trying it, all I can say is "You need this BACK on your menu, BWW!". Absolutely delicious!!! Thanks for your time! --J. "Doc" Lykins, VaPES Paranormal Team.

She explained they had to be ordered 5 at a time with a maximum of 15. They came out piping hot. It had great flavor and crunch. I paired it with seasoned fries. These have a generous amount of Parmesan cheese, but I still asked for some ketchup. They were very good. Next, I ordered the classic crunch. These had no sauce. It was more like a dry rub.
