Came to this location tonight around 8:30, if this wouldve been 2-3 weeks ago when i came, definitely would have given 1 star. A young child was waiting for his order before i walked in, but we got our orders at the same time. So definitely 5-10mins wait in an empty store. I ordered a Large Thai Tea with coffee Jelly. I asked for light coffee jelly and extra sweetener, which i don't think i got either of my request because it wasn't sweet and i finished the drink with a ton of jelly still in my cup(and yes it was .75 cent for each). But hey, i drank it either way. The shop is a pretty normal vibe. Just no seats nor tables. It's suppose to be an order, grab & go, I'm assuming. But on earlier days, you can presume that the day will be busier and wait will be longer, and it wont be "grab & go" situation. This place is crazy.. I'm a horrible way.. ALL THE WORKER act like they're all training or something. There was 16 people in the store and not one order was being put out.. i walked up to the counter because the same items i ordered were put in a freezer and the lady proceeded to tell me the smoothies were mine but not the açaí bowl, that's for a different order... how are you making multiple orders and not completing a single one.. i literally waited over 25 minutes for 3 items ... When it comes to its Boba Time I get very excited! Why, because they are the only boba spot that has the exact slush flavors and fruit bobas that I enjoy. However, this location has disappointed me in several ways. First I ordered my favorite drink, Lychee and Strawberry slush, and the girl advised me that they do not mix ... even though there are drinks on their menu that have mixes (i.e. coconut and Strawberry smoothie). I asked was this a location thing since I get this concoction regularly at other locations, she said it was location specific. Then the location does not accept cash. Ordered online (2 hours ahead of time) came the exact time my order was supposed to be ready, Waited another 20mins!? and was late to my event. Why is this the worst store I ever walked into.
