I broke the battery on my I phone, Multiple shops told me to bad, that cannot be fixed, also the Verizon techs said the same. So I called this place. The guy was awesome. Told me should be easy and he has a battery in stock that every other shop in the bay area said they cannot get it. So I pre-paid through pay pal, mailed in my phone, fixed and mailed back the same day he recieved it, and it works perfect!! I will use this shop again and again (if I break my phone). read more

Took our ipad in for damage repairs inflicted by our four year old. The repair only took a couple hours and the new screen looks flawless!! He even smoothed out same of the scuffed edges. I would hope I don't have to bring many more broken devices in for repair, but I'll take them here every time if I need to. read more

Fantastic Service! This place was recommended to me by my sister (she is a phone repair technician in another part of state). Owner gave me a good explanation of my options. I selected to have a replacement screen installed. The price was fair, installed as promised, and with a snappy turn-around time. It was a solid performance. A few days later I discovered the replacement part had a glitch, and the owner made good on his word by expediting the correction. I had my phone back and in perfect working order an hour after my appointment. He provided excellent customer care, I KNOW I'll return here for all my phone care needs! Plus, the owner is a genuinely nice guy and always friendly and not pushy. I am writing this review on my repaired phone! read more

This place is the best place to get your iPhone fixed! Great prices and the owner is extremely friendly! I was blown away by the superior service he provided. Fixed a broken iPhone 4s in less than 2 hours. Im going to do my very best to pass the word! read more

I brought in two mini iPads for repair and Tony was very professional and took the time to explain the problems that were basically catastrophic with my two mini iPads. They were beyond his repair abilities due to motherboard and soldering the pins to the motherboard. So instead of attempting to repair a risky endeavor he decided to take pictures of the problem to show and explain to me the problems. Then to top it off he did not charge me the $40 each for the diagnostic of the mini iPads. Totally unexpected. This small gesture will earn my business again because this is a business that I felt was above board and honest. Repeat business is the lifeblood of any business and Tony definitely realizes that. He has earned mine. Thank you Tony. read more

Tony is awesome. Great guy and business owner. He knows what he's doing and is reasonable! I recommend him to everyone that has any type of device problem that wants it fixed correctly and quickly. read more

Tony was awesome! I had him replace my iPhone 6 Plus screen and a couple weeks later it broke again so he replaced it again for a reasonable price. Then the screen was acting up not allowing certain buttons to be pressed. I assumed it was the update so I waited for it to fix itself...it never did. So I went back to Tony and he said it was definitely the screen and even though it was beyond 30 days, he replaced it for free. Couldn't recommend enough! read more

Totally unacceptable, took my iPhone 7 Plus in to get a new screen. They replace the screen; however, whatever type of screen they use is plastic and virtually unusable. In addition to the cheap plastic screen, my ear speaker no longer works and my phone calls have to be done on speaker phone. Apple will no longer warranty the phone due to this. I would highly recommend you do not use this place to replace iPhone screens. It is only $39 more to go to apple and get an authentic Apple screen.. This business should have had the decency to forewarn customers before replacing their screen with a sub standard product. read more

I had my iPhone screen replaced here a month or so ago and was very happy (had shopped around for pricing and found theirs very reasonable). When I dropped it again this weekend and my screen would not light up I returned and Tony knew immediately what the problem was and did not even charge me for the quick repair. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for phone repairs. read more

I'm a return customer and have always come away very happy with the work done on my devices. Tony's turn around time is quick, the customer service is excellent and his charges are very reasonable. Highly recommend this local business! read more

Best prices, knowledgeable, experienced, honest. If he can't fix it, then it probably can not be fixed. And if someone else can fix it, then his price is probably better here. read more

Ordered a replacement glass from Amazon and took my iPhone 6 to the store. I was told it may not work and would I authorize $109 for their part just in case. When I returned, they advised my part worked fine and only charged $50ish when they easily could have even dishonest and gotten me for the $109 plus tax! I was very happy and phone works great! read more

My phone was acting up big time. Battery was dying fast & took forever just to do simple tasks on my phone. Until a customer of mine told me about this place. Great service & very personable. Took only 45 min he replaced my battery & put a brand new screen protector on. Only $60 with no wait to order the battery. If you go to apple store you have to wait a month for a new battery & talk to a person over the phone. Overall 5 star review for toys & androids !!! You have any problems with your phone take to this place!! read more

Great service, quick turnaround, and quality work! Had a chip on my iPhone 4 screen, and now it's as good as new. Tony really knows his stuff! If you ever need any iPhone repairs, he's the guy to see. read more

My mom's iPhone 5 got quite some dust into the back camera (don't even know how they got in there!), so I called iToyz and Androidz and I was told to bring it in to get it cleaned as courtesy - wow, can't believe it. Free? So I bought it in the next day and less than 5 minutes, Tony opened it up and cleaned it, free of charge! What a great service and experience! The owner is not only nice but also willing to help. Highly recommend it! read more

Had a great experience getting my iPad screen fixed. Price and service was outstanding. Would recommend.

iPhone screen work intermittently, had to go back several times.

What can I say about Itoyz and Androidz. After a quick phone consultation with Tony, I went out to Rocklin from Elk Grove and it was sure worth it. While I waited, Tony took apart my water damaged Iphone 3g and fixed it on the spot. He knew exactly what to look for and how to fix it. As other customers walked in, Tony and Gail were friendly and had their service orders fully completed. Very professional, knowledgeble, inexpensive, and super friendly. Tony and Gail have a loyal customer now. SlyEli read more

I'm so glad I found this great electronic store and iphone repair shop here at Yelp and being so close to where I live makes it even double amazing. I needed to have my iPhone repaired, the screen was cracked when my very energetic 6 year old dropped it and Tony the owner is super nice, very friendly, very knowledgeable and will explain to you in simple detail what needs to be done.. he fixed my iPhone in 30 minutes and at a fraction of the cost if I had it repaired at the mall. Super great service and solid quality workmanship. my iPhone feels brand new, touchscreen works perfectly. They also have a wide selection of iPhone accessories as well as electronics and cellular components. This is a locally owned business right here at the heart of Rocklin, I highly recommend this store for all your iphone repair needs. Thanks Tony!! I will be coming back because my iPad also needs to be repaired. read more

Took my Iphone to this place and Tony was able to take care of my Mic problem in minutes. I recommend them.

on a business trip in norcal and busted my screen. these guys were super professional and fast. fixed my cracked screen and now i can see again. While I was waiting I also noticed they had a bunch of accesories at great prices! Great selection of iPhone covers including hello kitty, kobe bryant and one that I have been looking for for my daughter that I have never found - a Kate Spade cover. Owner told me they were moving their summer inventory and I got a great deal! Overall I was impressed with these guys. Along with my repair job, I got a couple of new iPhone covers at great prices so very pleased. Thank you! A+ from me. Even if I dont need to repair my phone I will be checking back for any new inventory they may get. read more

I recently stopped in to check on getting my iphone camera fixed. I was a little apprehensive, as I had found the business online and knew nothing of their quality of work. It was a GOOD decision! Tony, the owner, helped me personally; he was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He had my phone repaired and me back on my way in no time. The thing that most impressed me was his obvious desire to make sure that I left happy- when they didn't have the part I needed, in the color I wanted, he came up with a work around to take care of it. I greatly appreciate both the technical service, as well as the customer service... Thanks!! read more

Great service, very timely. I was in and out within 30 min with a new unscratched back cover...now my camera is no longer blurry. Great price too. Thank you! read more

I didn't even know they fixed phones but after some searching I came in for a broken iPhone issue. Tony (I think was his name) was AWESOME. He fixed it quick and was super nice. Then when I had another issue and brought the phone back in he really took care of me! I will be back for sure if I ever break my phone again. read more

TotAlly recommend. My boyfriend dropped his new iPhone S6 and the charging port broke took it to Verizon and they can do anything about it.
