Since they shoved it down half way past the bottom of the window and it was soaking wet, when I went to grab the flyer it expectedly crumbled to pieces. So now I have sopping wet paper stuck under my window inside my door which will likely begin to cause problems with the function of my window. It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt). That is above and beyond!! In addition, they took down 6 tall metal poles that were remnants of an old carport. They even filled in the holes with concrete without us even asking.
