Without going into too much boring detail, my husband and I have an unusual email/Outlook configuration - same email address, two formats, three devices, etc., and I had lost all my Outlook folders - arrgh! I requested a home visit so I would have all the information that might be needed at hand. Within a few hours, owner Justin returned my call and said he would be at my home the next morning. He showed up on time, patiently listened to my non-tech explanation of our Outlook goals, and went right to work. With expert tech skills on his side and held breath on my side, and both of us occasionally crossing our fingers, Justin worked his magic and Outlook was configured for our needs (even better than it had been before) and I got all my Outlook folders back - YAY!
