The price is low for the wonderful work they do. I brought in a jacket and the sleeves were totally floods on me. I looked ridiculous. But she took the dress in and hemmed it so it ended up fitting pretty well. She was very apologetic and gave me a discount for $30 if I need anything else Tailored. I'm just happy this was resolved and I understand mistakes do happen. I still believe that she needs a better system in place to keep herself organized! Extremely unprofessional service and complete lack of responsibility…read more I had two very bad experiences with this dry cleaning. First, I brought an expensive dress (around $500). When I came to pick it up on the promised day, they could not find it. Staff searched everywhere -- clean items, dirty items, everything -- and the dress was completely missing. Only the next day I was informed that it was "found." Where it was and why it disappeared remains unclear. Because of this, I did not have my dress for an important event. Despite this serious issue, I gave them another chance -- which was a big mistake. I later brought two expensive white blazers (one ~$500, another ~$300). Both were returned ruined. * One blazer came back with multiple stains that were never there before and is now completely unwearable. * The belt from that blazer was also lost and only returned later after I came back again. * The second blazer (part of a matching set) came back yellow/ivory instead of white, making the set unusable. I received my items in worse condition than when I brought them in. When I pointed this out, staff denied responsibility and claimed the stains were already there, which is absolutely not true. The only "compensation" I received was a refund of the $5 cleaning fee -- for items worth over $800 total. If you care about your clothes, especially expensive ones, I strongly recommend staying away. A clean-looking location and decent Google rating do not reflect the actual quality or accountability of this business.

Wah wah. I took them to the dry cleaner in my office building who charged $36 for all three sweater repairs but did a sucky job because all the holes reopened just months later!!! What the heck!!! So I took the tops to Meachem Cleaners who charged me $20 for all three, a huge price difference & the quality looks to be much better. It took a little longer than other places might take - 6 days, but I'm really happy with the results and the price point. It seems to be a husband & wife working this cleaners and both are very friendly people. This dry cleaners is right near my home & I'm happy to say it has now become my regular cleaners!

Occasionally, I'll make this trip here specifically just to drop off clothes. I can't stress this next point enough, the clothes come back like-new. You know those collar and cuff stains that darken your shirt (i know, gross)? They'll get that out. Seriously, I think there's a full-time Harry Potter doing incantations all day long in the back getting that out. Ever got blood on your white dress shirt? They'll get it out. Finally, idk if they press the pants, but there's some serious black magic going on here, the clothes come back with perfect creases. I went to a CD one price cleaners once, and they created a brand new line/crease running along my pants. You won't find none of that incompetence here. Nothing irritates me more than incompetence. On a side note, this place is family owned by a very nice couple that you'll never have a problem with. They usually ask, "when do you want it by," and if you catch what they're implying in this question, it's that they'll clean your clothes asap if you need it same day. They measured me and within a week my dress was ready! I went back and everything fit perfectly, no issues or complaints. She even made me a white covid-19 mask. She charged $75 total and compared to how much normal wedding dresses cost to be altered, this was a STEAL! Absolutely will go back for anything I need fixed and dry cleaned.
