Even more surprising was being told, after approximately an hour and a half, that we needed to leave because other guests were waiting, as their dining experience is limited to about one hour. This policy was not communicated at any point upon arrival. At that point, the experience shifts away from anything resembling fine dining and instead feels closer to very expensive FAST food, high, quality food served under strict time pressure, with little space to actually enjoy the meal.
