She offered us refreshments, showed us several fabrics and educated us on pricing and availability. We considered the options shown and scheduled an appointment a week or so later to place an order. Lydia gave us good customer service, but she was not available the morning we were scheduled and we were assigned Burgan. Burgan was very professional and a big help in selecting the finishes and fitting. We enjoyed working with Burgan, and placed the order. We have ordered several custom suits from different companies. We really appreciate the vast selection of high quality fabrics and professionalism of the staff at Enzo. They have custom suits available as low as about $600 but on average the suits run about $1,200 and up. The suits are well worth the splurge. The aesthetic of the location is sleek and modern. The experience feels elevated and is what you want when you're spending over a thousand dollars for a suit. Note to management it would be appreciated if clients are consistently offered water or a beverage during every visit. I highly recommend this location. We are looking forward to receiving the new suit. I will update this review once we go through the final fitting. TIP: There is a $100 referral discount which is a nice incentive to spread the word.

Lydia is my Tailor and she it's very good at what she does. I also like the personal of details where she remembers who you are very social. it makes us more of a fun experience for going to the Tailor just to get fitted. Experience is top-notch and luxurious. The ambience is very stoke modern and a bit exclusive. There is no signage on the building to get to the location. It's almost like going to a clandestine office. The storefront it's very clean and they have clothing on display along with a decanter full of scotch. Gives off very cool vibes. There's a pool table on the back. The view is unexpectedly beautiful. Lydia will run through the options to pick up materials styles types of cuts. Want to get measured and get your final product they keep these measurements on file so if you want to order more, we just call in and get it to you. Should I treat myself? You ask.... Yes you should. Along with a luxury experience to get a high-quality product that will last you a long time. Price is a bit high but when you compare it to non-custom high-end clothing it's pretty much comparable. So why not get custom mate shirt then something off the rack?

I would not recommend Dash's to anyone. My experience has been disorganized, dishonest,…read morediscriminatory, and unprofessional. I was initially sized for a custom tux shirt early June 2024 for my wedding on July 26, 2024. I paid $300 for the shirt. The shirt was not ready until August 8 and the shirt did not fit correctly. I knew there was a chance the shirt wouldn't be ready in time, however, I was told by Dash's that it was possible. I ended up purchasing a shirt from Brooks Brothers for my wedding that fit perfectly without any alterations needed. There was a major issue with the upper button/section of the shirt that you wouldn't expect from a custom shirt. I took the shirt back to Dash's on October 12 and the owner Victor assured me that they would get it fixed. On November 2, I returned to the store after being told the shirt was ready. When I arrived at the store, Victor told me there was a mistake and the shirt wasn't ready. He said they would have to send it back to the manufacturer. I did not hear back from the store until January 8, 2025 - in which I received a text letting me know that the shirt was ready and that they've been trying to get in contact with me. Prior to this, I never received a call or text with an update. Nonetheless, I proceeded to go back to the store to pickup the shirt, only for Victor to tell me it wasn't ready. He told me that there's a piece he was looking for on amazon and other sites that he couldn't find. He went on to ask me to look for that piece as well. Then he alluded to my height as being an issue. Mind you, Victor is an inch taller than me. Not only that, it was a custom shirt. So that's a poor excuse. At this point, I am frustrated because I paid $300 for a custom shirt that wasn't done correctly. Till this day, I have yet to receive the shirt. I've requested a refund and Victor refuses to give me one. His reasoning - "they are a small business." There has been no attempt to make things right by resizing for a shirt, or offering me anything to make up for the mishap. I've attached two pictures showing the issue with the shirt.

I made an…read moreappointment and got an initial fitting in early February, paid, and was told by Victor that it would be ready in 6-8 weeks tops (mid March to early April). I called in late March since I hadn't heard anything yet, and he said to call back next week. I called a week later and was told it's not in yet but should be by April 15th. I called again on April 12th and he said "rest assured it will ship from Italy by April 18th." I was leaving for my wedding on April 23rd, and when I relayed my concerns he started yelling at me over the phone saying I don't know what he has to deal with, he "has to work with Italians," and said he has no control over it, then said it "wasn't my issue" which it certainly is. He rarely got my name right, he would call me by the wrong name often and even when I told him he would come back ON THE SAME PHONE CALL with someone else's order info. Incredibly unprofessional, rude, inconsistent, and all around a bad business. It's a wonder he's still in business. You can get this quality suit anywhere, you're paying more here for customer service and the personal touch. Save your money and go to a name-brand chain. Only reason this isn't one star is because I did end up getting the suit the day before I left for the wedding. If I hadn't called repeatedly, I doubt I would have it. Not once was I called first from Dash's about the suit I purchased. Not worth the hassle and headache.

I came…read moreto the store because a good friend (who lived in Fairfax) past away and I acquired his last suit that he purchased at William T. Clothiers, and I wanted to get it altered for me in his memory. While I was there I decided to get 4 customs shirts made, as my last tailor retired recently. The shirt measurement process was strange from the get go, the owner/tailor Todd put 2 sample shirts in the dressing room. He stated 1 was for tighter fit, and 1 was for a looser fit. But didn't tell which one was which, so I put on the closest one to me. Todd then started asking me about how I wanted the length/width and such and started to measure me. Then we started to go over shirt patterns and fabrics, and I started to pick out patterns/fabrics/cuffs/collars pretty standard stuff. BTW, once this process started I never did try on the other sample shirts and he never mentioned for me to do so. After all the measuring was finished the pricing came, and OMG it was crazy expensive! The 4 shirts came to an average of $323.75 each, wow. All of my suits, jackets, dress pants, and dress shirts in the last 20 years have been custom tailored as I am an oddly shaped person. I know custom clothing is expensive, but the most I've ever paid for a shirt was about $200, but I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered the shirts as I need a closet refresh. After a few days I got a message that 2 of the shirt designs were not available, so I had to basically let Todd pick the new colors/designs. About 4ish weeks later my shirts were ready for pickup, I was excited to see how the expensive shirts looked. When I tried on the 4 shirts, they were so tight that I was really taken aback. It was like his tape measure or eyesight was not working properly, they were so ill fitting. So all 4 shirts had to be completely reorder, and low and behold another color/design was not available again. That makes 3 of the 4 colors/designs picked out ended up unavailable. Well I picked up the 4 shirts yesterday, 5 months after my original order/measurement. Another bothersome thing with this tailor/Todd is that I ended up in that shop approximately 8 times, and Todd was only there 2 times. He as some nice whiskey displayed in the shop, never did he offer any to me. He knew how upset I was, and didn't even have the decency to be present when I finally pick up my shirts yesterday. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this tailor, there are so many tailors to choose from in the DC area to deal with this tailors crazy high prices, and awful customer service. The shirts are good quality, but this quality can be had for half the price.

Updated version Hi All,…read more  I know that everyone is different & everyone has a different notion about suits & what to buy.   But, if you need and are looking for a new suit and you are not an off the rack fit or perhaps you like made to measure (MTM) suits that are well constructed (full or half canvas) and that fit well, then please consider Art Solop of Benchmark Clothiers.     Art is a very nice friendly gentleman who knows his business & he offers very good MTM suits at reasonable prices.     I've tried to have MTM suits made by highly rated online vendors & even at one vendor at a brick & mortar location in D.C. and they can't compete in quality, amount of customization & fit. He can do almost anything from different types of pockets to styling to various linings and other many varied customizations all at the same price.  He doesn't even charge differently for different fabrics unlike many others.   My father was a custom suit fitter for Barneys NY and then for a custom uniform company in NYC for many years & he taught me all he knows about how a suit should fit. That's made me pickier than most when it comes to suits, how they fit and their construction for better or for worse. So believe me when I tell you that Art Solop is good & his suits are really well made. He is knowledgeable about Shatnez and has ascertained from his manufacturer assurances that his wool suits do not contain any linen.  Of course this is not a guarantee and I am not advising anyone not to have their clothing checked.   I highly recommend trying Art and Benchmark Clothiers for your next MTM suit or shirt. He can help with off the rack suits as well for about $400.00 inclusive of pants finishing - hem or cuff). He will do tailoring on your old suits too. He just tailored two of my older suits (Not even purchased from him).   If you tell Art that Simmy sent you, we both get $75.00 g.c./credit.    https://baltimorecustomsuits.com     All the best!   Simmy

The fit is amazing and all the little extras from the thread colors on the button holes to the liner in the collar truly make them one of a kind. From the quality of the product to the friendly, attentive personal service, I would highly recommend Art Solop and Benchmark Clothiers.
