Tony Tran Alterations is always polite, professional, and helpful, and they've even accommodated me when I needed something done a little sooner than expected. It's not the closest tailoring shop to me, but the quality of work and customer service make it well worth the trip. I have no interest in going anywhere else. If you're looking for a reliable place to get your clothes tailored, this is it.

I needed my detached sleeves resized and a belt added to my dress plus my train shortened on my reception fit. They were able to do all of these items less than a week from drop off and the work was amazingly done. They were very reasonably priced for 5 speciality pieces. I would highly recommend them!!

The turn around time is usually within the same week of drop off. If you need it sooner they will usually try to accommodate. Which is crazy to say like it's prom season now and they still asked me if the Monday drop off Friday pickup would work for me. Great value, they don't charge you an arm and leg like most places. I highly recommend his company. I am so happy they are located so close to my home.

I would strongly caution anyone against relying on ZIPS Cleaners in Brandywine if you actually need…read moreyour clothing when promised. For the past several weeks, this location has repeatedly failed to complete my dry cleaning by the stated pickup time. This is no longer an occasional delay. It is a pattern. What makes it particularly frustrating is that ZIPS actively advertises "In by 9, Out by 5" same-day service. Yet I currently have multiple orders from the same visit, and while some are marked ready, others are inexplicably still "NOT READY." Customers should not have to make multiple trips to retrieve pieces that were dropped off together. If you cannot consistently provide same-day service, stop advertising it. If an order will be delayed, communicate that proactively. Neither is complicated. Reliability is a basic expectation of a dry cleaner. Chi was so kind from my first call - she never made me feel bad about coming to her in such a time crunch, and offered very reasonable alteration rates! From our first appointment, it was clear that Chi is an expert at her craft and is passionate about her work. She really cares about her brides and making sure we look and feel our best!! When I first received my dress, the neckline looked way different from when I tried on the store sample - Chi took a look at the original pics I had, and helped get the neckline back to the look I loved. In addition to the alterations, which were masterfully done, Chi offered some much appreciated wedding day wisdom that covered little details I would have missed otherwise. I would recommend Chi to any and every bride in the area. She does phenomenal work, and is such a sweet person!
