I have ordered flowers from Ital florist on several occasions and have always had great quality long lasting flowers. This time particularly I was super impressed- I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom's birthday which labds on Valentine's Day. I placed my order at close to 6 pm on Fri Feb 13th - the flowers were prepared (as shown on the website) and delivered around 2:30 pm Sat Feb 14th - less than 24hrs after they were ordered!! It was Valentine's Day weekend and they still got a beautiful arrangement together and delivered for a birthday! I have been and continue to be very impressed with the quality of the flowers, level of service and value for the price. I always experienced an amazing service with Italflorist and from Italflorist employees. they always go beyond my expectations all the times. for woman's day I had to change delivery address at the last minute and they did put all the effort to change it. ultimately the delivery was right on time and the recipient was mesmerized by the quality and the artistic composition. the bouquet of Mimosa was generous in quantity. in addition, mimosa it's a product that we give to women on woman's day. very difficult to find it here in Toronto. Italflorist is able to get it fresh every year for March 8. (women's day). they have excellent taste for flowers compositions. I live in Brantford now, but had a death in Toronto. It is a true testament to ital florist that they are still a name I can remember after all of these years (and I'm talking 20 years). I wanted a florist I could trust seeing that I'm so far away and they delivered! Literally and figuratively! I love their new system (new to me 20 years later) which keeps me updated on my order and when it's delivered. I advised in the notes that the service begins at 2 PM and while their website cautions that there is no guarantee that they can make the deliveries for the specified time, they certainly managed to get it there for me within 30 minutes of that which I am grateful for. Now that the holidays are over, I thought that I would write a couple of reviews based on my holiday experiences. I have been buying flowers from Ital Florist for over 10 years. The 2 arrangements that we got were spectacular. I smiled every time I looked at them over the holidays. In addition to all of the beautiful flowers they have, I have never seen such fresh and long lasting roses. In fact, I have had roses last more than 2 weeks. They continue to impress me with arrangements that we order. Most importantly it's their customer service that is exceptional. I ordered an arrangement for my mother in laws funeral. I called prior just to confirm a few things and they were very helpful on the phone and ordering online was super easy. i received a call from them advising me that one type of flowers that was shown in the pic was not available and walked me through their suggestion which was really considerate and professional. When we got to the funeral home the flowers were breathtaking ! Everyone commented how gorgeous they were and i was surprised at just how large it was for the price! everything from ordering on the website to receiving the order was perfect. all the family ordered thru Ital Florist for my Dad's funeral. the flowers where gorgeous, perfectly sized. the personalized banners were special. the casket flowers were incredible when the casket was in a horizontal position. my only criticism would be that when the coffin is turned vertical there is a back side to the flowers which was surprising ... expected them to be arranged all round as a centre piece ... would have made the whole thing OVER THE TOP. no matter I'm still a fan of Ital Florist and will continue to trust in them for price (value), size and quality of flowers. a very very big thank-you read more

Hello My purchase was a sympathy bouquet. Shopping though their website was easy-to-use. In the phone number field clearly stated who's # should go in there (recipient/sender).They also gave a variety of suggestions of what to write on the note card and I appreciate that. I was extremely pleased with the ease of ordering on line. The selection was great. I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted and it was reasonably priced. It was necessary for me to contact the shop the next day to possibly make a change to the attached card. But my purchase was already out for delivery ( less than 24 hours - wow ). I spoke with a very pleasant employee to see if a change could be made and she apologized ( not necessary) as the change I would have perhaps wanted was initially my doing. Not being accustomed to ordering flowers fir a funeral, I thought the recipient was to be a membervofvthecfamily that would be there setting up, so put down my nieces name. Only finding out later that no one by that name was listed as the deceased. No one called me to double check or inquire about the recipient, till I called to correct their error on the delivery date.
