I'm so happy this place is in the area!! You can barely tell it's even there. There's not much signage out front but what a HIDDEN GEM, the place is wonderful inside, almost as wonderful as the staff. I look forward to passing the place regularly, they always have such amazing window displays, very creative and detailed, you just want to stop and gaze into the store. Whenever I occasionally step inside because I do need flowers, the process is quite easy. The staff there are great, very friendly, but in a real (not corporate) way. I usually talk to George, younger guy, and he is super helpful and friendly. Doesn't make me feel rushed, really figures out what I'm looking for and makes it happen. There really is a gorgeous selection of flowers and the team makes magic happen, with whatever budget I give them. Surprisingly very affordable too considering the quality. Very organized place, they know what to ask you so you can be in and out quickly and happy you came. TIP - Let them know your budget + occasion and ask to "Leave it up to the Designer" I've never been disappointed!! Everyone I send flowers to always calls me to tell me how gorgeous they are!! This is my go-to flower shop! I've used Anthi for years and the attention to detail and customer service never fail. Not to mention the genuine enthusiasm the folks have for what they do -- and they do it so well!! It's always easy to call ahead for an arrangement and I've never been disappointed (whether I'm ordering specific flowers or just asking for "whatever's beautiful" within my budget). Recently I bought a fig leaf tree and Giorgio took the time to shine the leaves, repot it, and provide lots of advice/detail on how to care for the plant so it thrives at home. I was referred to Anthi from a good friend when asking where to get flowers. She ranted and raved about the place so I figured I'd give them a try. I was visiting a client's new house and wanted to bring something to for a housewarming. I asked for a fun, contemporary piece to go with the decor of the house and I was not disappointed! The flowers were a huge hit, everyone at the party was talking about them. The staff was super accommodating, asked me what I wanted to spend and the prices are more than reasonable. This shop is without a doubt one of the best Flower shops in Toronto. Unfortunately, the last time I called was for a sad occasion. My mother passed away. Although i was a complete mess, the staff was incredibly kind and super helpful. They made the process quite easy and the flowers at the viewing were so much more than we expected!
