The friendliest optometrist office I have ever been to. The staff is awesome and so helpful. Dr. Truong is amazing and hilarious making you feel like you are at home. My son first went to Dr. Tra because it was convenient about 7 years ago. After a bad appointment with lens crafters and their old faulty equipment (their words), I decided to take my daughters to Dr. Tra and was not disappointed. She is fabulous and treats you like family. You always know she cares about her patients. She has moved further away from us but we make the drive because she is worth it. This place is exceeded my expectation in getting my eye exam and new glasses. I was looking for to change my optometrist when I found this place through medical website. Hesitated to give a try but I'm glad that I made that call. Office is owned and ran by 2 sisters-doctors, and they both are really nice and friendly. Both are very good at what they're doing and care for patient. Very professional and honest. Front desk staffs are also extremely friendly and helpful. Their attitudes bring great comfort to the customers. I've had such good pleasure and experience with the office so I have to bring 2 of my kids here for their eyes exam and glasses. Both of my kids are happy with their exams and the service they were provided. My wife and I have recently visited Doctor Tra-Mi Truong, an optometrist at IStyle Optometry locating at 9430 Warner Avenue #M, Fountain Valley, California 92708 - corner of Warner Avenue and Bushard Street and phone number: 714-377-2020. We have many issues (far-sight, near-sight, distorted, blurred, double,...) with our visions even when we have our glasses on. Yet, there has not been any optometrists actually knew what's the reason until we met Doctor Tra-Mi Truong. She is a straight shooter, detail analyst and problem solver. She tells us what eyes issues are, and slowly walks with us through/ during the whole process of the examinations, answering our questions, explaining the processes, educating us the qualities and quantities of our eyes and how to stamp out those problems. After we left the examination room, her friendly staff members lead us to a room showcasing many different types of frames. They would introduce many different kinds of frames, and help us to find those meeting our lenses' sizes and improving our faces' appearances. They allow us to take as much time as necessary during the pick-and-choose section. At the end, Doctor Truong would come in and make the final comments/ suggestions about our selections. I've been a patient of Dr. Tra for years now, so I decided to make the drive to her new location since she's always been great. She wasn't available on my day off from work but I decided to have my exam done by her sister. Dr. Lauren was just as great as Dr. Tra. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very patient. Will (the first friendly smile you see when you walk into the office) was also amazing. He makes every effort to make you feel welcomed and is extremely helpful. They have a very good selection of glasses. I ended up falling in love with some Tiffany & Co. glasses (what girl doesn't love that little blue box?) and they gave me a very good price on them. My glasses were ready in just 4 days!
