Just to mention a few issues: Someone else mentioned this in another review, Sinclair raised our quote one week before moving by $400. They also made us pay for a crew of more people of what then showed up (as we paid for 5 guys, 4 showed up) both at origin and destination. The move "specialist" was terrible, confusing, misleading, he even yelled at me on the phone! I had to put so many claims for everything they broke and lost. Stay away from them. Please, Sinclair, do NOT respond to my review. I don't want to deal with you ever again.

When we went to retrieve these items they were gone. We told the foreman who told us the workers must have packed the items and they would arrive at our new home. Much to our dismay they did not. We contacted Sinclair. They told us they would search for these items. After several phone calls to Sinclair and no resolution we decided to file a claim. It was denied because apparently we had signed a form saying we received all of these items. We thought we were signing a receipt of delivery. DO NOT SIGN this form. We went back to Sinclair again seeking resolution. They offered to send us less than half of the amount needed to replace the lost items. Since we were so tired of dealing with them we agreed. However, that was weeks ago. Still no check!! We also have discovered several other things missing. I've held off on this review hoping for resolution but I finally realized that was not going to happen. We are so disgusted. I would not recommend Sinclair.
