I was given multiple choices and I chose NOVUS Glass of Redmond as I could see it's highly rated. I am so glad I did. Kye and his crew were professional, respectful, and friendly in person too. The work was done within the time they told me it would take, they explained everything clearly, and it was a pleasant surprise to see they also added the velco strips and mounted my GoodToGo flex pass on the windshield exactly where I had it before. I'd definitely recommend NOVUS for anyone who needs windshield replacement.

Before visiting, I called to ask if I needed an appointment, and they told me I could just stop by. A technician took a look and quickly determined that it was only a cosmetic issue. He also explained that I could order the replacement part myself and bring it in, and they would install it for free. After ordering the part from Amazon, I returned a few days later. Although it was a different technician helping me, he was just as friendly and helpful. He was in the middle of working on another vehicle, but when he saw me, he stopped what he was doing, came over, and replaced the part without hesitation. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and willingness to help. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Eastside Mobile Auto Glass and would absolutely recommend them…read more We're preparing to sell a vehicle and needed to take care of some overdue maintenance, including replacing a windshield. I called around to compare pricing, and they clearly stood out--not just for having the most competitive quote, but also because several local dealers and body shops mentioned they regularly refer customers their way. That gave me a lot of confidence going in. For my 2013 Chevy Equinox (no sensors), the quote was $375, which was the best I found. When I asked about doing two vehicles at once, they offered $25 off each job, which I really appreciated. I ended up scheduling a second replacement for my 2019 Chevy Bolt EV. That one was quoted at $675 due to the sensors in the windshield--still far below the $1,200-$1,400 I was quoted by dealerships and Safelite AutoGlass. In total, I had two windshields replaced within a week for under $1,000, exactly as quoted, with no surprises. The whole process was smooth--easy scheduling, no hiccups, and quick turnaround. I was in and out within a few hours each time, and everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. As a nice bonus, they also include three months of free washes with Brown Bear Car Wash, which was an unexpected perk. Overall, super positive experience. Fair pricing, great service, and no hassle--exactly what you hope for.

"Don't tell anyone I said this, but it is a quick and easy repair. We almost never charge for it. No need for an appointment; just drive up and we'll get it fixed." Marvelous. So I sit in traffic and I wait in line and then I ask the receptionist if they could repair my dangling rear view mirror. "Are you a current customer?" Um. No. "We don't do that. We only repair rear view mirrors for current customers." Are you sure? Cuz I called the 800 # and they said it wouldn't be a problem ... "We NEVER do that." Well then. I wasn't even expecting it to be a freebie, I just need to dry my hair and get to my gig on time.
