They seem to be more responsive over email, so that's something to keep in mind. The work took less than an hour, and I couldn't even tell where the ding was, so they did an excellent job! There is a small waiting area with free coffee, and also a clean bathroom. The price was reasonable though my insurance was able to cover it. I'm very happy with the work, and will definitely come back here for future windshield repairs.

I called around to compare pricing, and they clearly stood out--not just for having the most competitive quote, but also because several local dealers and body shops mentioned they regularly refer customers their way. That gave me a lot of confidence going in. For my 2013 Chevy Equinox (no sensors), the quote was $375, which was the best I found. When I asked about doing two vehicles at once, they offered $25 off each job, which I really appreciated. I ended up scheduling a second replacement for my 2019 Chevy Bolt EV. That one was quoted at $675 due to the sensors in the windshield--still far below the $1,200-$1,400 I was quoted by dealerships and Safelite AutoGlass. In total, I had two windshields replaced within a week for under $1,000, exactly as quoted, with no surprises. The whole process was smooth--easy scheduling, no hiccups, and quick turnaround. I was in and out within a few hours each time, and everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. I…read morescheduled an appointment for 10:30am, and when I arrived (promptly) there was only 1 other customer waiting / vehicle in their service bay. The receptionist was friendly and timely to help me get checked in, and quoted 15-20 minutes to repair the rock chip. By 10:45 am my car was still sitting in the parking lot without any progress. By 10:50 am a technician inspected the windshield, tossed a towel on it and set his TOOLBOX directly on the hood, and walked off. At 11am the tech finally returned and applied the resin/suction kit to fix the chip. At 11:15 they called me upfront to pay. I walked out to my car and immediately still noticed the chip, as well as the same small hairline crack that was there to begin with. I asked the tech to come look at it as it didnt look right. The tech briefly looked at it, said it was "normal" and the chip and crack would still show, but had been injected with resin. I asked if he was sure this was as good as it would get and he said "yes unless you want to buy a new windshield" (!). To me, it looks like they didn't do anything, and I'm very dissatisfied with the results. Every time I've had a rock chip replaced in the past, the chip is hardly visible, if at all. I paid about $100 for this "service" and feel totally unconfident that this crack won't spread. I'm now going to a different windshield repair shop to have them assess, give a second opinion, and hopefully have this repaired right. Just wanted to share this review, in case anyone else is considering ESMAG for rock chip repair.

Took my car here to get my passenger side window replaced. Repair took 4 hours. When I got the car back, 3 teenage boys got out of my car shirtless with hot Cheetos. One of them told me they had someone brand new working on my window and that's why it took so long. He informed me that something inside the door broke and the manager would talk further to me. Now I'm talking to the manager. He didn't know what broke inside the door. He charged me for their rain-x treatment, that I didn't have request, and discounted it for the time delay. They put the rain-x all over my dirty windows and didn't bother to clean them. I asked him why my leather seat was warped and torn. He said "it looks like someone sat in it." I showed him the before pictures, he said "yeah I'm not sure what you're talking about, it looks the same." Obviously it was not the same, he denied all damages that obviously occurred from this shop! He was incredibly rude and condescending as well. Take your car literally anywhere else. It was an awful experience and as you can see from all the other reviews, other people are having an awful experience as well. Would give 0 stars if I could.
