The people are amazing "cash" went above and beyond every time I called! But I paid $156.00 a month and on top of that I paid $489.00 for the box iits self and I had nothing but problems with the service! I had to call in 2 or 3 times a month so they could restart my box or try to get it to a different tower for better service! I left ISPmint three months ago, and they are still trying to charge me the $156.00 a month. I've had to call in every month and tell them to please stop charging my account. ISP Mint is a fake company: Do not order from these people. 1) cancelled service on 4/6. 2) On 4/23 hey shipped my equipment to my old address where I no longer live, totally ignoring my email. 3) Disputed charge with American Express. Merchant submitted proof of someone else's dispute and proving that they provided service to me, when in fact they never did. See attached - "Alexander" has nothing to do with me. American Express screwed up and accepted their proof, never reading through of what the merchant sent them. Company still owes me $499 and telling Amex that I have their equipment. Update to my previous review ,my service was restored after a day and I was told I would receive a replacement router to possibly solve the 5G connection problem. I was told service cancellation was at my request,but this was untrue and.no other explanation was given and as I need my service for work and school I won't complain further ever.But I agreed to update the review so as to be truthful. Update again ,I received replacement router and service improved alot ,and in fairness perhaps I live in a area where broadband signals are spotty ,but I still have frequent downtime with speed of 1Mpps which streams nothing and I frequently have to reset router and or streaming box .Staff is nice usually but call back sometimes slow. My advice to any looking to buy here research do speed checks alot during trial before committing to make sure you can get good CONSISTENT SERVICE. read more

Being a frequent RVer and car camper in my Tesla, I am able to have service anywhere that I may be traveling to. It's great that it's completely portable (I plug the router into a power inverter that I have plugged into the cigarette lighter) and I bring it in the car with me. My kids are able to watch movies and I can catch up on social media or browse the internet whether I'm out in the middle of the mountains or driving through rural Nevada. Not to mention the fast speeds that come with it as well. As programs improve, they use more bandwidth. The new utilization of video visits also demands more bandwidth. ISP Mint provides their service on a month to month basis. I decided to see how it performs knowing if I do not feel satisfied, I can stop the service. Although it does require an initial payment, I feel it is worth the risk. My husband and I are full-time RVers who work full-time. We travel all around the U.S. and absolutely must have internet everywhere we go. We have had unlimited AT&T ToGo Roadlink but had to find an alternative since they are discontinuing their $360 per year plan. New plans were crazy expensive and not comparable. I heard about ispMint from another RVer who worked for Google and swore by their service. We had a few months of AT&T ToGo Roadlink remaining on our contract but went ahead and signed up with ispMint in order to have 2 options. Our AT&T ToGo Roadlink throttles to painfully slow so we started just using our ispMint service instead. Super stoked to have solid WiFi for a reasonable price with good coverage and no throttling. My wife and I live at the so called end of the world in our county. We are at the very edge and internet service is all but non existant, until ew discovered Ispmint. I was going to go with another name brand rural provider until I read their reviews and said on no. Ispmint was easy to work with and setup was almost to easy. Going from 1 to 3 megs download speed to a consistant 20 to 30 megs and I am not exagerating my speeds we were elated. I know some people think that's slow but two of us nare online at the same time and TV also and it handles it fine. I'm not crazy about the price but then again you get what you pay for and this is 90% of our entertainment and shopping. If you can do better go for it P.S. I absolutely cannot say anything negative about the wifi service received. I have been absolutely happy with it since I am way up in the mountains with very limited service. No lagging or problematic cloud cover issues. My only complaint is that we had a service interruption just recently (no fault of ours; something to do with T-Mobile invoicing/our sim card#) and the way it was expedited was surprisingly disappointing. They made me feel like I was at fault for the way it was mishandled. I have gone 9 days without service and am not happy about that. Hoping to be restored today. I work from home and lost a $40 thousand dollar a year job because my internet provider sucked. I found ISPMint and for $20 was able to test before I made up my mind. First, their top-of-the-line modem will cost you $500. You can buy that modem for $90. The service was good but if you have any issues that require tech support then good luck. Their tech support got back to me after I had sent in the request to cancel the service. I would like to share my experience with ispMint. I got this info from their FB ad, I thought to try their service saying they have a fast internet even in nowhere. I got the device less than a week. They gave me a trial period of 7 days but I was not at home that week so I asked to extend and they gladly helped with a few days extension. I tried their service in San Diego hitting 20Mbps, Bakersfield area 10-20Mbps some days are 1-2 Mbps. I tried about 1.5 hrs West of Fresno but I am just getting 2Mbps Max download. This is where I need the service unfortunately. Cletus, helped me with the return and he was quick and he followed up with me like I am the only customer they have. He was prompt and knows what has transpired from 7 days and my request of extension. He was polite enough to make things right with the extended/expired return miscommunication. I give 5 star as indeed their service reached a consistent 20Mbps at different areas but not in some. I would suggest try their service where you will be using it most and BE SURE TO RETURN WITHIN THEIR AGREED DAYS OF RETURN. Make sure to communicate well so the trial will be smooth and not being charged on your end and on their end. I am sure they have a business to run too which can cost them dearly and you wont be happy if they charge you just because trial period was overdue and you have not requested a return. In short, Before you order make sure you are trying within that 7 days period. In my opinion is too short. Starlink has 30 days trial period, just to compare. Overall ispMint is excellent on their dealing with me. Would recommend if their service is good at you location. By the way, don't be discourage to see 2Mbps download upon plugging. Call them and they will make some modification to optimize your connection. It was just sad it did not work with me, otherwise I would have used their service. read more

I get 100MB download speeds from AT&T LTE at my house so I was super excited when I found out that ispMint was leasing AT&T cell towers for their service. What a disappointment! The connection is shared and I'm lucky if I get 10MB speeds. It's also very inconsistent, getting as low as 0.48 during peak times. Streaming buffers and pixilates constantly and my husband's laptop stalls when online. Plus, they recently had an outage that lasted several days. IspMint's tech support is an answering machine telling you to email them, but they don't send you a reply. Their sales number is the only way to get a live person, of course... I feel deceived because they told me I'd get around 80MB in my area. What a joke. After paying $300 installation fees and $89 per month, I feel that my 6MB DSL is more reliable. I've been using ispMint as a back up - a VERY EXPENSIVE back up - and will disconnect their unreliable slow internet as soon as I find something better! read more
