The picked up immediately when we called and within 35 minutes, our tech, Eli was out to help. He called as he was on his way and arrived right at the time he said he would. He worked quick and was very friendly as well. Prices are reasonable too! Would def recommend and use them again, if needed (but hopefully we won't have to! ) Mahalo Eli! read more

Danny from Isle Locksmith fixed my lock easily and quickly. He also noticed a problem with the deadbolt and fixed it while he was here. He made sure everything worked before leaving and told me to contact them if there was any issue with the lock. I will definitely use Isle Locksmith again, when needed. read more

My neighbor locker herself out and didn't have her cell phone on her, so I helped her find a locksmith. She asked me to call another company first and that other company didn't offer emergency lock out services (they said due to Covid), so I used yelp to find Isle locksmith. Over the phone, the guy I spoke to was nice and very transparent about the cost break down. I didn't feel rushed or stupid for asking questions I've never asked before (I've never had to call a locksmith). They were at her apartment within 15 minutes and she was able to get back into her place in a matter of minutes. The guy who came was nice and efficient. I'd recommend isle locksmith to others, and who knows, I might need to use their services in the future. read more

Great service Danny came on time and found my lock was OK Very efficient and honest! Definitely use them again as well as pass their number on read more

About 5 months after locking myself out of my apartment, I did it again! ‍ (I swear it's been over a decade since I locked myself out before all this!) But at least this time I knew who to call right away. Once again they were friendly, professional and quick. No door damage at all. These guys should wear capes! Bonus points for being so nice and sincerely trying to make me feel not so much like an idiot. I jokingly asked if they had a frequent customer discount and I got a card that'll give me 10% off my next call. I hope I never have to use it, but if I do... read more

So glad I called Isle Locksmith. They were extremely professional during the phone call and setting up the appointment. Jonathan Daniels came to my house for the service and he was extremely fantastic. He troubleshooted the situation and came up with a win-win solution for opening my door! The locksmith changed out the lock on our cluster box in less than half an hour. A little pricey but I think that's just the cost of doing business. read more

Excellent customer service on the phone from Jill and with technician Jonathan. Very quick reaponse.

I work in Property Management and have relied on Shai / Isle Locksmith for the last 3 years island wide and he has always come through for me. He and his team are all great at keeping me in the loop with their schedule, when they'll arrive, what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future, and offer multiple potential resolutions. I never feel like I'm being sold something I don't need and often find that Shai will offer alternative more cost effective options. Working at various buildings with Shai, I have found that he is more interested in providing a quality service than collecting your money. I wholeheartedly trust Shai and his team and would recommend him to anyone in need of his services. read more

Great and fast service. Copied keys worked very well. Very nice to do business qith.

Fast, easy and friendly service! Would definitely recommend! It's a little pricey but if you need it done they got you!

Everyone, from Shai the owner, to Amaya and Riza were EXCELLENT. Danny, the technician who replaced my locks is such a credit to your company, He was personable, professional and beyond compare; you can tell he loves his work....did I say he's fast?! I highly recommend Isle Locksmith without reservation. read more

Hands down best service! Speed and fast, kind and professional Shai helped me make new locks on new home, new keys, and more importantly quality and skill! Shai repeatedly helped and saved the day a few days later, when the furniture store could not remove door due to liability reason( to fit furniture through the front door). After taking off door like a novice- I needed emergency help to fix the door, Shai came to save the day coming to the rescue! I will never use another company again! 5 stars! Highly recommended! read more

I needed an old door handle and lock replaced. Unfortunately the hardware was so outdated, an exact match replacement would not be possible. Isle Locksmith answered the phone, pleasantly scheduled me for the next day, and Danny arrived on schedule and as promised. My lock was changed, Danny rekeyed the new lock expertly to match my current keys, and made a couple of extra keys. The costs were not unreasonable given that they come to the house, explain things thoroughly, and do quality work. I recommend Isle Locksmith. read more

I created a project on Yelp because I accidentally locked the keys inside of my house. Isle Locksmith was the ONLY company that messaged me quickly saying there's a technician available. It took less than 10 minutes for my technician, Danny, to come by. Super fast! I wasn't waiting under the sun for a very long time. After Danny unlocked my door, he made sure I got my keys and made me practice unlocking my door. It was really nice of him to make sure I was still able to get inside. The cost to unlock my door was a total of $175.92. I could either pay card or cash. Danny also gave a receipt afterwards. Yes, it's a little pricey, but Danny was able to get to my house as quick as possible and unlocked my door in seconds. It was great service if you ask me! Thank you Danny and Isle Locksmith for the quick follow up and service. Hopefully I wouldn't need this service again, but if it ever comes up, I'll definitely give you a call! read more

In short: Fast response, good natured, quick work. Alex Z. was great. Highest recommendation if you lock yourself out of something. Longer review: We were accidentally locked out of our home without a spare key. Luckily, we found Isle Locksmith with great reviews on Google and on Yelp. Called them up and they answered immediately. They accommodated a scheduled time. Our locksmith, Alex Z., called us a few minutes beforehand to make sure he had our info correct and that he was on his way. He arrived exactly on schedule. Alex was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He went through every technique he knew to open the door, unfortunately without any luck. He ended up having to drill through, which he apologized for. He replaced the lock for a fee. Honestly, we were just happy to be back in our home without having to spend a night in the car or in a random hotel. We were extremely lucky and grateful to be able to book Isle Locksmith on such short notice. It's a service that we hope to only ever use one time. But if we're ever locked out again, we know who to call! read more

They are a MOBILE service only. They do NOT have a central office for walk in services. The address here had my GPS trying to drive me into the fenced off zoo property. I pulled over to figure the situation out, and their web site doesn't list and address at all. Found out why after calling. The receptionist was very pleasant with good customer service. She tried booking an appointment for me, but that would be difficult since I was taking time off work to get this done first thing. read more

Thank you to Isle Locksmith for helping my mom get back into her apartment so late at night. The dispatcher was incredibly responsive, very kind, and was quick to take down all the information. Alex Z came to get the door open and he was really great. Very polite, nice, informative, understanding, and he got the job done really well. He gave options for causing the least damage and advised my mom on what he thought would work best and was very transparent about what would happen. He recommended starting from the least destructive method as well, which was very much appreciated. He also offered to further diagnose the issue and potentially replace the lock after he figured out what the general issue was. Very professional! Really appreciated his honesty as well and it was very cool to watch him work. Thank you VERY much braddah Alex!!! Would recommend this business for sure. read more

When I put a call out for service, I was immediately impressed with Brittney's friendly and professional communication. After chatting with her, she let me know that what I needed was not a lock change, but rekeying. Since this would be a less expensive service, I was appreciative! She scheduled me right away, and when the technician Danny showed up, he did the job quickly and was very professional and friendly. This was a great experience beginning to end, and I would absolutely recommend them! Mahalo to Isle Locksmith! read more

Oh no! I locked myself out of my condo. Reaching the owner is iffy at best, she rarely answers the phone. Sigh. It was late on a Friday afternoon, after 4pm, and I wondered if I could reach someone and get back into my unit this afternoon? First I called the resident manager, but he doesn't have a key. Then I checked Yelp and as always they came through. I got through on the first try with Isle Locksmith. The pleasant surprise was that they were only 20 minutes away on a busy Friday afternoon. Lucky me! No extra charge for a rush job either. The young man that they sent was polite and had ID which is a must for me. He got myy ancient and somewhat rusty door unlocked without damaging it or even the surrounding paint. I won't have to deal with the condo owner. Yeah. It took him less that 15 min from start to finish. I hope this NEVER happens to you but if it does, call Isle Locksmith. They provide good customer service and reassurance. The cost was just about $180 which I'm told is the going rate in Honolulu. What a relief! Whew. So good to get quick service when you get locked out like me. lol read more

Just got three smart locks and two door knobs re-keyed so that all I need is one key to lock all three doors! Danny was so awesome and helpful! I couldn't have asked for a better locksmith! He was so thorough and knowledgeable and I felt so confident and so happy that I chose this company to install my locks in my home. I always forget to lock my door when I come inside so these have auto locks that you can time for up to five minutes and it will auto lock for you. I'm so happy and so relieved. Thank you so much Danny you are the best! read more

Safe, professional and prompt indeed in the words of the business description--we never felt uncomfortable and the work was done well. Shai is the owner and he helped us to get back into our place efficiently. He did not try to upsell any service including a chain lock that he suggested we install ourselves--we appreciated that attitude. He even helped us to install and test a smart lock. Since this kind of service is not one that you plan to call at odd hours and it is one that will cost you a few hundred, you can pay with a credit card--very nice to have this option although I recognize that small businesses do prefer cash. A small lessons learned that will save you hours of cleaning: before your lock is drilled apart, consider any kind of a floor liner so you're not trying to clean up all the small shredded pieces that can sometimes be as small as glitter, get tracked everywhere and definitely enter your feet like splinters. Not a fault of the business, just a result of the process, so retaining the star rating. Do call this locksmith if you ever need this type of service. :) read more

I needed to consolidate some keys so instead of having several different keys to open different door locks. I called Sunday and a pleasant gal answered , gave me a quote based on 2 different scenarios. She advised to have their mechanic survey what I needed and he wld be able to provide a more accurate price. Alex arrived on time the next day and was able to provide an acceptable quote. He was able to complete the work within an hour and also lubricated my door locks since he was here. He wore his mask the entire time and very professional n pleasant. I highly recommend them. As an active duty Soldier, I would not recommend this business to anyone. I was quoted $130-150 service charge to have my apartment door open but when the locksmith arrived on site my price jumped to $185.40. I told him that this wasn't the price I was quoted and he recommended that I spoke with the manager again to see what the issue was. The locksmith on site (Alex Zummallen) then said the office sometimes say, "the service itself can be $140" not including the $39 convenience fee + taxes. In the event that this was a misunderstanding, I would recommend them telling customers the actual total not the amount to open the door. After speaking with the business receptionist again and mentioning I was active duty military, they offered to lower the price $20.85 - to a grand total of $164.55. I'm appreciative, but still not what I was told originally. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! read more

Jay came over in a timely manner and looked to Shai when things didn't go quite as planned. But both of them came thru and did a great job. Our knob was replaced and it was re-keyed all to our request. Super helpful, informative and upfront with pricing. *tip: bring all your keys if a lock is to be re-keyed. Keys change over time and differ with wear and tear, so they will need to fit the lock for all keys to fit, not just use one. read more
