The plates are reasonably priced but I would recommend buying them individually and putting your own green salsa and sour cream at home. The outer layer was more crepe than egg, in comparison to other jianbing I've tried before. But I didn't mind it (and actually enjoyed!). The sauce inside is so flavorful and delicious! The classic was a perfect portion for me, but they also have signature and loaded options if you're really hungry. They also welcome personalizations, as they were willing to accomodate my request of no cilantro and zhacai (Chinese pickled mustard plant stem). The mild spice was perfect and really not spicy at all - I would probably try medium next time. While food trucks can be hit or miss sometimes, this one did not disappoint.
