My miso ramen had a rich broth with two generous portions of chashu, with various toppings including corn, bamboo, wood ear mushrooms, and green onion. I had no problem finishing the entire bowl. The broth was pretty good and the noodles were thick. I was feeling a little bloated this day so didn't eat as much but everything was still pretty good. It was pretty chill the day I went and they had a lot of cool decorations.
