Excellent service! It is a family friendly place, with pizza, burgers etc options, with open air seating. It was busy on a Friday night, so we had to wait a good 40 mins, but they were friendly and once we were seated they really hustled. Our server was Simone and she was great! This place is alright. It seemed to have potential when you walk by. Large tables, young crowd, good music and tv's. But, the pizza is just typical pizza you could get at costco or some random small shop. They ran out of crab dip, so the waitress recommended the cheese dip. Hmm. I'm not sure why her coworker decided to state, "I frankly think the cheese dip is better than the crab dip"... *blank stares blink blink...NO. Island Time has a great happy hour from 3-6. If you like US mainstream beers the $2.50 happy hour is a must! Carib is a buck more and there are mixed drinks on special as well. Pizza is top notch. Crust is more NY style thickness, the heat in the oven is high so you get fully cooked brown with a hint of scorch for that perfect mix of crunch and chewy crust. High quality toppings at a very good price round out what I think might be the best pizza on island. Great view of the harbor as well. If you're on island and have a hankering for some top quality pie and a few longnecks this is your stop. They do not have draft beer, deal with it. Protip - Parking in Red Hook has a thriving towing business attached to the confusing signs. Pay parking is available at the Ferry and across the street, it's $4 less than 2 hours, and $6 for more... not bad when the tow fee is $200ish bucks and a hassle. If you're prone to attract mosquitos and no see ums like me, use some off! Not just here, but pretty much everywhere when the trade winds are low. read more

We stumbled upon this little place while looking for food places and I'm so glad that we did! The views are to die for and so is the food. We started with some of the best wings you'll ever have in your life, we also had pretzel bites and a sandwich. The food was scrumptious and I'm sure the same could be said for all of their menu. Their drinks are also very strong and I'm such a lightweight that I was only able to have one. We had asked many of our taxi drivers the best place for pizza most recommended this or Pizza Hut we chose this over Pizza Hut (since we can get that back home) and were very happy with the choice. We loved this place! Tucked in the top of the Red Hook yacht plaza, its a great location with killer views and vibes. Beachy bar atmosphere with loud music, so don't expect an intimate meal out. It took us a while to get seated because it seemed a bunch of groups just hung around and drank at the few tables available during off season. We got 2 large pizzas to share (family of 4) and they are HUGE AND AMAZING. We ended up taking 7 slices to go and had for lunch the next day. The pizza was hands down amazing , especially the BBQ bacon one. Its outdoor seating with a pavilion style roof, it was windy the night we went so we had to hold on to our napkins but that was ok, my hair went straght into a pony tail as soon as we were seated. My only complaint is the wait time. We ordered and did not get our pizza until 40 minutes later. When we were done it took another 20 minutes to get our waitress to get our check. They only had a couple of girls working that night and they seemed more focused on the people at the bar than those ordering food. Including our wait time for a table we were there from 7:30-9:30 which is long for a simple pizza dinner. read more

Meh. More hype than substance. It's a decent enough place, but they keep the music so loud you can't carry on a conversation. The food was good enough, but the service wasn't spectacular either. We had a large group and ordered wings, pizza and drinks. Our server wasn't a frequent visitor and seemed like she wasn't particularly interested in bringing drinks if they weren't from the bar. ITP is a great place in the Red Hook area. We came here around 8:00 at night and it was a laid back atmosphere, really enjoyed the calmness of it all. The service was ok. The drinks here are really good here, probably some of the best we had on the islands, get a Pain Killer. We first started off with some pretzel bites, tasty, but the sauces could have been better. The pizza here is reason why we came here. We got a meatball and pepperoni and it was excellent. One of the best parts was we had leftovers to take back to our place and enjoy another night. We went there for the pizza. It was fantastic. Its a bar atmosphere with lots of locals. Was a little noisy for my kids but I loved it and would have stayed longer if I were by myself. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was very well made with plenty of big pieces of pep. My daughter ordered the shrimp scampi pizza...not my favorite, did not have alot of flavor but my daughter seemed to like it.
