Isai responded within the hour with an offer to drop by for a free consultation and his contact information. We were able to schedule something for the next day which had to get pushed back another day, but throughout it all, Isai was very communicative and punctual. I received a number of quotes within three days from my Yelp request and Isai was the most reasonable by far. We were able to book a day and time that worked for us the week after. Before our appointment, Isai reached out with at least six different photos of options for ground cover and I appreciated being included in this process even though I don't have extensive knowledge of landscaping or gardening at all. The day of, Isai and his team came in the morning and within just a few hours, completely transformed our front and back yard. They worked quickly and methodically to uproot all of the weeds from the front rock garden and in between the concrete; shaped various shrubbery and trees; weed all of the planters in the back yard, lay down landscaping fabric, and also the mulch; and, sweep up various leaves and fallen fruit. Payment was easy through Zelle and as he left, he notified us that the yard waste would be a little heavy because the weeds were wet. He also asked if we had pets (we don't). He indicated that weeding the front yard was difficult and that a little Round Up at the first inkling of weeds would go a long way in keeping them at bay. I've got a small front yard, but 4 big fruit trees in back. Fernando's guys cut the lawn, trim shrubs, and rake up all the dropped fruit. He's often on hand himself helping prune, aerate or covering for folks who are out. And did I mention he replaced my sprinkler system? The entire thing leaked and I used to water my plants by hand. He replaced all the pipes, sprinkler heads, drip irrigation lines and installed a timer that I control with my phone. However, this morning, I find myself meeting a team member from JMV Tree Service, who is a licensed arborist and very professional, and I asked him if he could remove a few trees for me. He said yes and once he saw the project and its scope, he told me he could complete the project in a few hours. Then about 30 minutes later, he sent a crew. (It's all in the timing)!! To my amazement, they removed all of it while I was at work and they did such a fantastic job. I wish I did it months ago because this tree has been bothering me and dropping things in my backyard and it was driving me crazy. Absolutely bonkers... so much so, I bought a leaf blower because this tree was making such a mass every day on the deck. And in just a couple hours and for a very fair price, Jonathan and his team at JMV Tree Service did a fine job and made it very easy for me.
