He had his family member deliver another one to my house to ensure his work quality was not compromised. He is nice and kind. (10 Stars if I Could!)…read more If I could give 10 stars, I would. We hired Freedom Fence to install two very large fencing projects at our facility. One was a secured fenced area, and the other was a large partition fence to separate a vendor's operation from our warehouse space. From the beginning, their communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. After carefully reviewing measurements and project requirements, they completed both installations efficiently and flawlessly. The finished product looked fantastic. Shortly after completion, the vendor's director flew in to inspect the project and discovered that his team had provided Freedom Fence with incorrect information regarding the area that needed to be enclosed. Despite the mistake having nothing to do with Freedom Fence, they immediately stepped up. The same day they learned of the issue, their team was back on-site working on a solution. They even worked through the weekend to relocate the fence and ensure the project stayed on track. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today. Freedom Fence took ownership of the situation, prioritized the customer, and delivered a solution without hesitation. I will use Freedom Fence for all of my future fencing needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are a fantastic company with exceptional leadership that truly puts customers first. A special thank you to Hunter, who was absolutely top-notch throughout the entire process. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were second to none. Highly Recommend

Their communication and overall quoting process were great, and they seemed to really know their stuff. Their pricing was also fair and reasonable. I was looking to fix a leaning fence. Super-Builders was really responsive and came by a couple days later to evaluate and quote the project. They even offered an option for me to consider that was a little more expensive but would result in a longer lasting fix. Why didn't I use them you ask? I am figuring out a fence repair with a landlord next door who hasn't been the easiest to work with. In spite of this, Super-Builders was very patient and even worked through different quote options. My only regret is that I wish I could have moved forward with them, but my landlord/neighbor wore me down, so we're going with his "handyman" approach which I know I will regret. I have no doubt I would have loved Super-Builders' work had circumstances worked out on my end. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. I know you won't regret it.

Edgar came out and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem step by step rather than simply guessing or replacing parts. He identified that the springs needed to be replaced, and while doing the work he also noticed that the bearings were worn out. He brought this to my attention and replaced those as well. He was thorough, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What impressed me most was that Edgar took the time to properly understand the underlying problem instead of just trying to make a quick repair. After the work was completed, he made sure everything was operating properly and the garage door was working smoothly again. The pricing was also very reasonable and fair, especially considering the additional work required. Edgar was courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Edgar and R&S Erection of Southern Alameda County to anyone needing garage door repair or service. Excellent work and excellent customer service. 5 stars without hesitation!
