Communication with them is terrible and they dont seem to mind the inconveniences they place on their customers. Cleanliness of the San Carlos #1108 unit was a concern. We accidentally left a bag hanging in the closet and called to report it hours later. The cleaning lady found it and called me to tell me she was taking it to office. One week later, I still could not be told where the bag was and had to yell at them to stop telling me that "someone would look for it and contact me". The Broadmoor 901 was an outstanding space. Parking was very tight and I had to fight to get passes for both cars, even though I had emailed them prior to arrival and had been told I would be allowed 2 cars. We arrived to dirty laundry in the washing machine and a clogged toilet. Yet, we continued to have no clear communication and zero service, so we handled it ourselves. As a travel advisor, I will absolutely refer clients to these places, even though the San Carlos unit could use some updates, but I will not refer clients to utilize Liquid Life. I wasted hours of vacation time dealing with inadequate responses from Liquid Life and that is just unacceptable.

Before we even arrived, Liquid Life notified us that there was no power in the primary bedroom. We were told an electrician would come before our arrival. When we arrived, there was still no power. We called and were told the electrician was supposed to have come. No one ever came. We spent our entire three night stay without electricity in the primary bedroom. The next day, we discovered the washing machine did not work. During a family beach vacation, we were left unable to wash wet swimsuits, clothing, or towels. We reported the problem and were told someone would come. No one came. We called again and were told someone would come the following day. Again, no one showed up. We also documented missing drywall from areas of the ceiling and mold on the shower liner in the second bedroom bathroom. We checked out after three nights with no power in the primary bedroom and no working washing machine, despite multiple calls and repeated assurances that someone was coming. After checkout, management asked us to email photographs documenting the issues, which we did. We paid $1,041.44 for the reservation, plus $75.50 for trip protection. After everything we experienced, management offered $165 back and stated that was all they could do. Things can break. The problem is the complete lack of follow through. Liquid Life knew about the electrical issue before we arrived, and we gave them multiple opportunities during our stay to address both major problems. We did not expect perfection. We did expect the issues to be addressed after repeatedly being told someone was coming. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Nothing was done when we reported this to you 1 Feb 2026. There was not even a suggestion to place curtains as a temporary 2. arrangement. 3. The seat coverings are ripped and cut into bare legs. 4. The patio door does not close or lock. 5. The screen on the patio door is ripped and is not pretty to look at. 6. The patio furniture is not good. One chair has no arm and should be tossed in the trash. The table is unusable. 7. Other of the furniture are unusable. 8. Two of the units of the four-slice toaster do not work. 9. There should be covers on the kitchen chairs as they screech when moved over the floor. 10. The laundry toilet leaks. 11. At least one electrical outlet did not work---there may have been more. 12. There were rips and tears in the wallpaper which looked awful. I would have expected that the place is looked at by some knowledgeable person in between bookings to make sure it is in good shape. Obviously, it is not. In summation, it appears this unit requires extensive renovation in order to meet expectations of its guests. Maintenance should be regular, consistent and attended to on a schedule. This unit has been very remiss in maintaining its property. It is obvious the owner is averse to spending money on this unit. Because this owner has no interest in maintenance nor the interests of the people /guests whom they expect to pay for their lack of consideration, it is my recommendation this unit be taken off available condo offerings until it is properly maintained and upgraded so that guests may experience good times while using it. BTW, we loved Orange Beach/Gulf Shores

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE Phoenix V Orange Beach # 812…read more We were notified only a few days before our trip that the pool would be closed for maintenance. When I asked about the splash pad, I was told they had not mentioned any closure, and assumed it would still be open. However, upon arrival, we discovered that both the pool and splash pad were unavailable due to a major renovation project. This clearly was not an emergency repair, and guests should have been informed much earlier or given the option to cancel without penalty. We traveled with three young children, and the pool and splash pad were major factors in choosing this property. The only compensation offered was a 10% discount on the nightly condo rate, which did not adequately address the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the condition of the condo itself was also very disappointing. The unit was in serious need of a deep cleaning and furniture updates. Issues we encountered included: 1. Two recliners that were broken, worn, and dirty 2. A couch that was worn and stained 3. Dining room chairs with peeling faux leather and visible dirt 4. An ice maker that produced only a small amount of ice over four days 5. A foul odor coming from the kitchen sink, likely from the garbage disposal 6. Dishes and cookware that were not properly cleaned, with dried food still on pots and pans 7. A master bathroom sink that drained very slowly 8. An outdated master bathroom with a shower head positioned so low that adults had to squat to wash their hair 9. Balcony furniture covered in dirt and dust 10. Curtains that dragged across the floor and were filthy at the bottom 11. Floors and rugs that were too dirty to allow our crawling baby to play safely Because we were traveling with a baby in the crawling stage, cleanliness was especially important. Thankfully, we brought a play mat, but keeping our baby confined to it throughout the trip was difficult and frustrating. I contacted customer service at Prickett Properties during our stay. The representative was courteous and documented all of our concerns, stating they would be passed along to management. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this condo. The photos do not accurately reflect the unit's current condition, and the lack of communication about the amenities was very disappointing.

That was the main topic on the 20 minute elevator rides. This place obviously gets a lot of people once. That's the only way they are still renting. Elevators don't work. You will be waiting for multiple elevators to come bc they are too small for the buggies. Don't even try to use them from 4-6pm. Someone got stuck for 45 minutes in one and the emergency button doesn't work. They had to call 911. UPDATE: 4 people were stuck in the 3 days we were there. One elevator never worked. People were having to carry their beach wagons and groceries up 10 plus flights of stairs. In Unit 1007, you can hear your neighbors above you when trying to sleep in the main bedroom. This unit is by the elevator, so when sleeping in the main bedroom, you can hear everyone screaming in the hallway. You can see all your neighbors on their balconies, to the point you have to pay attention to what you're wearing bc people can see up your shorts/dresses. It's the worst layout I've ever seen. You can literally have conversations with your neighbors outside and hear everything on the balconies around you. Outside, you can't hear the ocean for all the people in the pool. Couldn't swim because someone threw up in the pool. No lights in the kiddie area for some reason. The ceiling is extremely low. The one bedroom units are small. The bathrooms need updating. There's only so many times you can paint over old trim. In general, the unit was clean. You have to pay a separate fee to park. Parking is outside, far away. I've stayed at other Phoenix properties 15 or so years ago and never had this poor of an experience. They have gone down hill. Checking in should be simpler by putting the passes/bands in the room on arrival. The owners did try to decorate the place nice. The bed is horrible. We couldn't sleep because our backs/hips hurt so bad on the hard bed. The linens are dirty and scratchy. Stains all over the extra blankets. There were only blinds on the main bedroom window that opens to the breezeway. I felt like people could see me as they were getting off the elevator. Cheap pillows and furniture. You can tell when a condo is used by the owner because everything is a little nicer, these owners probably don't use this condo personally. The dishwasher was half hanging out of the cabinet. I did appreciate that they had streaming channels, nice balcony furniture, satellite TV and the kitchen seamed to be pretty well stocked. The beach chair rental, Ike's, had the nicest employees. The beach was nice as well. If this is all you can afford, it's not terrible, but if you can spend an extra $300, don't hesitate to stay in a better condo. This condo is in desperate need of an overhaul. It should not cost this much to rent a place with broken elevators, claustrophobic units, and non-private balconies.

The condo was well equipped, just needed to bring our clothes, beach towels, toiletries, cleaning necessities for laundry and kitchen, and food. The twin beds in the kids room were comfortable enough, as was the queen in the second bedroom. The master bedroom was beautiful and spacious, but the bed was unbearable. The king bed was hard as a rock. We actually decided to pack up and go home early due to the bed. My husband and I were in pain most of the trip due to the hardness/stiffness of the bed. When I say hard as a rock, I mean this bed did not move. It was like sitting on a wall. I would love to stay in the unit again if the master bedroom was a different bed. I love a firm bed with some softness on top.
