Nothing fancy, but again, the views from the 19th floor were worth it! The hallway at the elevators is small and you have to get a buggy or cart for your luggage. Was chaotic during check-in and check out times. The pool was nice and often not overly crowded. The security walks regularly to make sure no one is there that shouldn't be. The beach was great. Crowded but not terribly so. Great seashell hunting!!! Biggest negative thing for me, on night two we walked to the beach to look for crabs and shells. We left our shoes along the wooden walkway, along with several others, and my discontinued croc sandals and my daughter's Birkenstocks were STOLEN. My husband's sandals were moved from atop of ours, so it was an obvious intentional theft.

The floor on the deck is filled with sticky blackened stains, you have obviously not cleaned it in years. That area should be a staple of the visit to sit on the deck with ocean views should be a memorable experience and I feel like I may need a tetanus shot from being there. Then you ruined my entire last day of vacation as we travel with a small dog and you had the audacity to send a text saying that you were going to send over a pest control man and you had no idea what time and we feared he may let himself in at anytime and possible let our pet out and in addition we don't want people in our rental unit while we are not there so we felt like we couldn't leave the pet alone all day! thanks for ruining my wife's 50th birthday surprise. Some ladies with a code just walked in on us... and acted like they wanted to talk to us! To sum it up its a filthy shithole and not what one would expect when renting a vacation rental. The Condo I stayed in this time could use an upgrade of the master bathroom but I still give an overall review of 5 because of the service and excellent customer service. Shoutout to Desiree whom I had the pleasure of speaking with the very first time I called for a reservation a few years ago after the owner I originally booked with discontinued Airbnb shortly after COVID ended. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Desiree is superb and I always speak with her but I also know when she's off I still receive awesome service.

I and my grandson got cut pretty severely on the crap in the water. if you're going to have a rental you should ensure that the property (yes, including the water) has no hidden dangers! CLEAN IT UP! The $50.00 fee per parking pass was exorbitant, especially for 4 days and off season. Was not expecting an additional $100 expense.
