Five years ago we came to Heather Loper with a dream of buying beach property in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. It was just a dream...but Heather is a "Dream Weaver"!! She helped us put together the realistic specifics of our "Must Have" list. Then we began to sort through potential listings with Heather as our guide. Together we pinpointed the property that we desired and then waited for a listing. That's when Heather really went to work for us!! She never forgot about us, stayed in touch and advised us as soon as there was a potential listing. Then, she represented us aggressively, fearlessly and helped us secure the property for exactly what we hoped to pay. We owe Heather a great debt of gratitude and appreciation. If you are looking to buy or sell property anywhere near the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area-do yourself a favor and contact Heather Loper and her team at Keller Williams. If you are looking for a GREAT REALTOR, look no further! We relocated from Dallas, TX and had very specific needs, as we have an adult "life child" who will always live with us. We needed a mother-in-law suite as he wanted to live "by himself" and an elevator due to his mobility issues. We began looking at homes for 3 1/2 years before we actually needed to move as we knew we would have a difficult time due to our requirements. Heather went above and beyond. She sent us information on anything that came available on the market that met our needs. She showed us probably 30+ houses before we found the right one. We made offers on 3 different homes and she handled every detail for us, as we were from out of state. She is the most pleasant, easy going person and actually LISTENS to your needs. She NEVER gave up on us! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase any kind of real estate! read more

Heather is such a pleasure to work with! And a consummate professional! She listened carefully to our desires and then set about finding the perfect property within our budget. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a home or investment in the gulf coast area. Heather was very patient, and gave us space to work at our own pace. It took a few months of market watching and a couple actual trips to the area (we're from Texas), when she came through with the perfect recommendation. We bought a 'pre-construction' beach house on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores. Heather helped us all the way through the construction phase and even past the day we closed on the house. Now we are proud owners of a perfect South Alabama beach house and could not be happier. I can't wait to utilize her services again for a potential second property. read more

Simply the BEST!!! We started looking in Orange Beach about two years ago. We were not ready to buy yet, but Heather took her time to educate us about the area and show us all around. Heather stayed in contact with us and when we were finally ready to sell our house, she and her team showed us what they thought we would be interested in. Heather narrowed down our choices and found the perfect house for us. She knew exactly what we were looking for and called us as soon as the house came on the market, all while living 1200 miles away. The result could not have come out any better. Great town, great neighborhood, and a house that fit us perfectly. I would recommend Heather Loper 100% to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the area. Thank You !!! read more

I am so glad that we chose Heather to be our realtor when purchasing our condo in Orange Beach! Not being from the area, we needed a realtor that could help us get a better understanding of the Orange Beach real estate market. Heather was quick to educate us on the market, and make suggestions that navigated us toward the properties that best suit our needs. She conducted in-depth research on each property of interest to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. Also, her recommendations for other services like home inspectors, lenders and insurance services were outstanding! Thanks, Heather, for facilitating a smooth transaction! There's no doubt we will reach out to Heather again when purchasing future properties! read more

My two partners and I were lucky enough to meet and work with Heather in 2014 when we came to Gulf Shores to look at potential houses to buy for a rental property. Heather talked with us to understand our needs/expectations and came up with quite a list of candidates we then visited. We settled on a floor plan in a great community and she was very persistent in getting us an inspection of the house that we ended up buying, which has been a great success!
