As soon as I walked in I noticed the facility is clean and the staff are attentive. A nice young women helped me right away and told me it would be ready in 2 days which was no problem because I wasn't in a rush. I stopped by two days later and my coats were ready! BEWARE!!! The WORST…read moreexperience I have ever had. I brought 4 suits in to be tailored and dry cleaned. I only asked that my jackets be taken in around the waist. The women had me try on the jacket for her while she pinned it back along the stitching. It looked fine while pinned so I approved. I returned a week later to pick up my suits and when I tried them on the sleeves were about an inch shorter than before. I pointed out the problem and at first they denied altering the sleeves. Then they said, ok, we will fix it. About 2 hours later I receive a phone call telling me they refuse to fix the sleeves. They deny ever touching the sleeves to begin with. They tried to get me to pay MORE money to have the sleeves lengthened when they messed them up in the first place. Long story short, they ruined 4 of my suits and refused to fix it. I was relying on this service and will not be coming back unless this situation is remedied. I had previous issues with a thrifted suit that had a stain and was not properly cleaned but I attributed the lack of cleaning to the delicate nature of the fabric. However, clearly the company just does not provide the quality of dry-cleaning that I am looking for. On another note, I have utilized their alterations service before and have not had any issues.
