The staff was so kind and the yoga instructor took us through each flow very patiently before speeding it up. I loved her cheerfulness throughout and how spacious the yoga studio was. I am the friendliest person anyone could ever meet, yet anytime I would have to visit the front desk when he was there he would just be cold as ice and honestly just very rude. It really bothered me at first until one day in the locker room I heard two women speaking about him and about their negative experiences interacting with him. But as I said I really loved this location and everything about planet fitness so I had my heart set on making it work. Every time I would go in I would go out of my way to say hello and smile at him. When I tell you this man would not even smile back at me once. I can't imagine why he dislikes me so much. I've never had an enemy in my life. But apparently from some of these other reviews I'm reading that is just his level of customer service. And it's poor. I really urge the owners to put him through further training or even better yet replace him. Because I guarantee you he's going to keep making this gym lose money with his air of superiority and rudeness.

In the case of LA Fitness it is an Olympic size swimming pool. It is a low-impact workout, making it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels, especially those with joint issues or recovering from injuries or surgeries. The Aquafit class lasted 50 minutes and involved movements like squats, jogging, lunges, and kicks. We used water weights and water noodle to increase our resistance. I've been a member of GMCF now for several months and have been extremely impressed; there are multiple classes per day, and they go out of the way to make you feel welcome, even if you've never worked out before. Rebecca and Chris are amazing coaches and have helped enrich my life through this form of exercise. I can't recommend them highly enough. Note: The gym is located at the rear of a rather unassuming complex of small buildings. I am currently a 65 year old female and Steve is very well versed on effective training methods for me at this stage of my life and at my current level of fitness. While I have trained with Steve for all these years, I still struggled with managing the 'food noise' and was up and down with my weight. I have several acquaintances on tirzepatide who were seeing tremendous results in both their weight and overall health. Steve and I had a very open and frank conversation about this, and he encouraged me to do my own research if this was an avenue I wanted to pursue because he had already done his and was 100% supportive of me going down this path.
