WORST ONE WAY communication in my experience !! Requested…read morequote for power wash (with pictures). Received reply saying their normal response time was 1-2 hours. FIVE DAYS later with no response emailed them again. Got boilerplate excuse (busy season, miscommunication, blah, blah) saying I'd have a quote by email. I followed up TWO DAYS later, and got a quote with a two page list of conditions, one of which required a 50% deposit with NO COMMITMENT for date(s) the service would be provided. Also they listed credit card as an acceptable payment method but DID NOT reveal that they assessed a 3% service charge (I had to ASK in a separate communication). Cannot comment on quality of the actual service I was requesting because I declined the quotation. If they CANNOT communicate in the quotation stage, how am I supposed to trust them by just GIVING them money in advance and no commitment for the work?

I cannot say enough good things about this supplier! The whole process was smooth right from the…read moreget-go, and everyone involved went out of their way. I first contacted Bone Roofing Supply because I needed a few squares of Perfection cedar shingles, and happened upon Gerard, who was super accommodating - gave me a fantastic price on both the product and delivery, and since I wanted to be sure the shingles were of a particular type of cedar and are certi-grade, he even went out to the yard and took pictures of the actual pallets for me. Then came the day of delivery, and I had grossly underestimated the height of the pallets. They couldn't be slid into our storage unit due to their height and the height of the forklift, so what had to be done is to unload a large portion of the bundles off the pallets, and re-stack them inside the unit by hand. Anthony, the driver, helped with the whole process, ensuring everything made it inside. In total, he spent about an hour of his time unloading and loading bundles by hand, in pouring rain! I don't know how many delivery drivers would go so far out of their way to help the customer, this was certainly beyond his responsibility. I then called Bone to speak to a manager to share my experience, and the gentleman I spoke with was also super nice and confirmed that they, as a business, really work hard to keep their customer service at a high level. You can say that again! Fantastic job, when the need arises again in the future, I will buy from them again with 100% certainty.

At the time I chalked up their failure to confirm to a simple oversight, but I was to learn later that it was their way of doing business (unprofessional, sloppy and with no respect for the customer). When they finally did confirm I asked them to text me on the day of the appointment when they had an ETA. They had a four hour window - nobody showed and there was zero communication. How long does it take to send a text saying something came up - 30 seconds?? I realize that there might be a lot of people who don't mind wasting four hours of their life waiting for a contractor who never comes, but notifying the customer when you're unable to live up to an agreed appointment is just common courtesy and decency -- apparently that's too much to ask of this outfit.

The estimate for a sprinkler system came in at a fair price and installation went smoothly. They've been flexible when scheduling service calls and are always very responsive whenever I call in with questions. I would happily recommend this business to anyone looking for an irrigation system.

The look is SO clean and seamless compared to the majority of permanent exterior lights out there. One of the biggest selling points for us was the hidden wiring -- it gives such a polished appearance while also making us feel confident the system will be protected for years to come. The warranty also gave us incredible peace of mind and really speaks to the quality of their product. From start to finish, everyone was wonderful to work with. The install crew was quick, professional, and respectful of our home. The office staff was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. A huge shoutout to our sales representative, Ricardo Navarro! He truly sold my husband on the product because of his knowledge, patience, and honesty. He answered every single question and text message we sent him (and there were MANY ). You can tell he genuinely believes in the product he's selling. We are excited to enjoy the subtle everyday lighting year-round, but we are EXTRA excited for the holidays and all the different colors and lighting setups available through the app. We're still learning the app, but they have even kindly offered to come back out and help walk us through everything. We've already recommended Revive Your Lawn Trim Lights to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!
