Came here for breakfast at 8am. Small line appeared at 8:01 but nothing too crazy, we didn't need to show up the second they opened. Ambiance was cozy. Ordered the NOLA Cold Brew, 1) Howard's Biscuit, Extra Thick Maple & Pepper Glazed Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Our absolute favorite. Would highly recommend. Very delicious and would probably order again when in the area 2) Maple Fennel Chicken Sausage. Egg, & Cheese This was okay not as flavorful as the bacon but you could definitely taste the fennel. 3) Strawberry Butter Very very good when eaten warm. Perfect sweet snack or dessert Nola cold brew was decent. Came with chickory syrup and milk already inside. Not bad Overall, this is a very solid breakfast place and would definitely try again. Place is very tight and only has 3-4 tables

Cutie little spot with a short and simple menu, but everything is delicious. They have sweet or savory options, and everything is centered around their fantastic biscuits. Tiny shop, always has a line but everyone is kind and friendly and the service is fast. The kitchen staff is so impressive and the owner always greets everyone like they're a regular. Only a few seating options but that's really my only complaint. I love that they are so dog friendly, I always meet cute pup visitors when we get breakfast here. Great food, great vibes, great staff. Also!! Try one of their special cookies!!! So good

This place has been recommended to me so many times so I'm glad I finally made my way there. It's super tiny so I would not recommend trying to sit inside while you eat. There is parking across the street, but the lot is a very small and narrow. Now to the important part.... The food. I feel like this place is hyped up. The biscuit was good, the eggs are made fried hard so it is pretty firm. The cheese on my sandwich felt like your typical store-bought processed cheese which distracted from the overall experience of the meal. The biscuit was nice and fluffy, but also very soft so it was pretty hard to eat with my hands. I ordered hashbrowns and was shocked to see that they were seasoned. Nowhere is it mentioned on the menu or when you go to purchase that they are seasoned so it threw me off. It was also extremely unevenly seasoned so I assume they put the seasoning directly into the bag that held the hashbrowns which prevented all sides from being properly seasoned. I think it's overpriced for the quality of what you get but it's a cute idea that not many other locations provide. It's worth trying once but I'm not sure I'd go back.

Irregardless has an incredible amount of hype when it first opened, and at the time, perhaps they were not prepared for the volume of customers, but sometimes the quality of their breakfast sandwiches were inconsistent. Now, with a steady stream of customers rather than a massive rush, Irregardless has improved their menu, and streamlined their process. The biscuit sandwiches can speak for themselves but what I think may be a hidden gem is their iced coffee with chicory. It's served with a tiny cookie, and it's always a pleasure to have a milky coffee with another sweet treat. The shop is very small but if you're willing to hover for a little bit, seats open up as most people do not dwell more than 15-20min. Parking can be tight so be warned about that!

I came back to Irregardless Biscuit after a long time since my first time on a Sunday around 2:30pm. Thankfully, they haven't sold out of items. I ordered the green tomato biscuit and added hash brown. The biscuit had a fried green tomato, smoked tomato aioli, house pickles, and arugula. It was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed it so much. Every bite was heavenly, crispy and juicy, and packed with flavor. My husband got the pork roll with cooper sharp cheese and housemates sauce. He enjoyed his biscuit as well. The biscuit was soft and fresh. Even though the staff had a long day of servicing customers, they were still very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely fantastic. It's a small place, with just a few tables inside to sit at but it's well worth a stop in to get some of these amazing biscuits. We walked in for lunch and there was a long line and quite a few people waiting to get their meals. Thankfully only one of the tables was being occupied so we were able to sit and eat in the restaurant. I ordered the BAT and an iced coffee. They have simple syrup and milk and oat milk available. The iced coffee was good but I forgot I can't have coffee without my heart feeling like it's going to explode so I gave it to my husband and ordered a chicory (NOLA) one. It already comes sweetened and with milk and it was super tasty. The bat was extremely delicious with perfectly cooked thick cut bacon and a deliciously salted heirloom or hothouse tomato. The biscuit itself was soft but also crunchy with a pillowy interior. Just the perfect biscuit. My husbands chicken one was super good as well. He liked his hot coffee but gave it up for my cold one. The people working here were super friendly and efficient. I wish I could come eat here once a week.

These biscuits are so delicious! I think that it's pretty easy for biscuits to be dry or hard, but the biscuits here seemed so fresh and fluffy! I got the howard's and my boyfriend got the hot honey chicken. They both had a lot of honey but were yummy and flavorful. I really enjoyed the thick cut bacon, which I haven't had before! The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked. We also got the hash browns, which were also crispy and a perfect addition. They unfortunately didn't have the cheese sauce, so I definitely want to try that next!

Stopped by Irregardless in Providence and was seriously impressed! I got the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Service was super fast and friendly. Great spot for a quick, delicious bite!

Kitchen special - fried chicken, cheese, homemade pickles and arugula

Irregardless is a small, quaint kitchen serving up dank biscuit sandwiches. Parking isn't great and the space inside is limited, but the service is quick and ordering is easy. I've been here a few times now since I live in the area and will keep coming back even if it's a little pricey. Pro tip: there is a row of parking in the lot across the street for biscuit customers!

We enjoyed a nice walk through the city to get here after hearing great things about Irregardless Biscuit and it did not disappoint! I love a place that specializes in one thing, and here, it's obviously biscuits. Since they're only open Friday to Sunday (9AM-3PM), I was a little worried they might sell out when we arrived around 11AM. Thankfully, they still had plenty. The moment we walked in, the divine aroma of fresh biscuits hit us, and the super friendly staff and cozy interior made us feel immediately welcome. I like that they offer regional flavors too, like the Taylor Ham, a staple New Jersey pork roll. Their simple menu is packed with options: you can keep it sweet and simple with Strawberry Butter or the Butter & Hot Honey, go for breakfast staples like Sausage, Egg, and Cheese, or indulge with their Signature Biscuits featuring sausage gravy, heirloom tomatoes, thick-cut bacon, or country ham. We ended up ordering the Fried Chicken & Hot Honey Biscuit, Howard's Biscuit, and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. Wait was minimal and it's such a treat to smell the delicious flavors they're cooking up as you wait. The biscuits are amazing--homemade, moist, buttery, flaky, sturdy, and fresh! I was especially obsessed with the thick-cut maple and pepper bacon. I prefer it much more than regular bacon as it is incredibly flavorful and satisfying to bite into. Despite being loaded with toppings, the biscuit held together beautifully, only getting messy because of the extra hot honey I added. They offer four condiments if you want to customize your sandwich (Hot Honey, Vinegar Pepper Hot Sauce, Ketchup, and Texas Pete's), but the biscuits are flavorful enough without anything extra. We also couldn't resist grabbing the last slice of cinnamon coffee cake sitting under the cloche and it was so worth it!! Even the staff was raving about it. Moist, fragrant, and packed with cinnamon flavor without being overly sweet. We also tried a giant chocolate toffee cookie--huge, gooey, and delicious with the toffee and chocolate melting right into the cookie. Most people do takeout (it's packed as such), but there are about five indoor tables if you want to eat inside. Street parking is limited, but we noticed some people briefly parking across the street at the apartment lot (at your own risk). Definitely worth a visit if you're in Providence and I'll be back next time I'm in town!!

Incredible biscuits! This spot looks small but it's mighty tasty. The line is always out the door but don't let that dissuade you - it moves quick! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu but be sure you try their hot honey. Bonus: they have free dog treats for your pup and water cups for all while you wait

    Dennise K.

I love me a good biscuit and spread on some yummy strawberry butter on top of a toasted one? (Swoon). A charming spot to pick up some of these goodies. Get there as early as you can because sometimes they sell out! Super friendly folks.

Irregardless Biscuit has some of the best biscuits I've ever had, no question. My first love was the hot honey chicken biscuit sandwich, crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the hot honey. Seconded by Howard's Bacon biscuit, both straight-up comfort food done right. The strawberry biscuit is a must if you're in the mood for something sweet, the NOLA iced coffee is smooth and pairs perfectly with everything, and the toffee cookies are pretty bomb. Phenomenal biscuits all around and top notch service, no matter who's running the kitchen always a pleasure. That ambience and energy is positive, how can you not love this spot?

The first time I came, it was a rainy weekday and this time it was a sunny weekend, so I was expecting an even larger crowd; and my prediction was correct. The line was just out the door but because of their awesome staff, the line was moving very quickly. While we waited in line, we could watch them making pastries through the glass, a couple feet in front of us. I admired that level of transparency. When we were third in line, the kindest lady asked us whether we'd be eating in or taking out and she took down our name to help us find a table when it came time. She did the same for the rest of the people in line. She also gave us some recommendations, including the cinnamon bun - apparently they're so good kids cry when they sell out. I didn't intend to order anything with my drink, but I couldn't get the cinnamon bun out of my head so I ordered it along with my iced spiced chai latte. The hen (I think it's their logo) on the aprons of the employees are super cute. We did secure a table. The tables are close together to maximize the number of people who can sit down but I didn't mind. I love their art all around, mostly of birds which I am obsessed with. I love that they have a lot of natural lighting coming through their tall windows. I also like the navy blue and white theme they have going on. The chai latte was perfect. It was the right color (a dark tan), meaning the ratio of tea and milk was good and I could taste a lot of the spices. The cinnamon bun blew my expectations away. The second my teeth made. contact with the icing, it was a magical feeling. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it tasted like, but the closest I got was dulce de leche. It is truly unlike any other cinnamon bun I have ever had. The dough is soft and there is a good amount of cinnamon. It's also $4 which is not bad. I had a bite of their canelé, which apparently requires a lot of work to make. It was very moist, with a great caramelized finish. I am super excited to try their new weekend dinner menu, but also more of their all day menu items.

It feels like her place in the best way -- warm, proud, hands-on. Pastries are legit. Super buttery, flaky enough to make a mess, clearly baked that morning. No sad, sitting-around-all-day vibes. Ordered the breakfast sandwich and that tomato jam needs to be illegal. Sweet, savory, slightly tangy -- it completely makes the sandwich. I kept trying to figure out how to recreate it at home. Not happening. Crispy chicken sandwich was properly seasoned and not dried out (why is that so hard for some places?). Fries were solid too -- crispy, not limp. And the kale salad with roasted chickpeas and chicken made me feel like I had my life together. Fresh, simple, and actually satisfying. It's one of those places you stumble into while traveling and then immediately start googling whether you can justify going back the next day.

WOW.....! Simply amazing!!!!…read moreWe went on Valentine's and prior made reservations for the 7 course prefix. A bit expensive especially if you add in the wine pairing however, how could you not? The waitress ( 2 ) took care of us all night and were very knowledgeable about each of the Chef's dish they served as well as explaining why a particular wine was chosen for the dish that they served us. The entire experience was 3 hours. They only down fall- The Ambiance..... I asked during my reservation 2 months prior to be seated at a table that was somewhat secluded. I asked because nowadays tables are very close to one another. That request was not honored. We had a couple that was an arm's length from me and my husband. We heard their entire conversation as did they of ours. It was uncomfortable and for the expense I wish it was a different experience for us! I'd definitely return and speak up if that ever happens again. There are many tables around the restaurant where you are not on-top of each of the other. I believe the section we were in may have been dubbed for anyone that got the 5 or 7 course prefix meal. If this is the case, they should consider giving their patron's more space. I would have given them 5 stars if it was not for this experience we had.
