Okay wow. I have driven by this place countless times and the line is always so long. Meg M and I finally went and it sure does live up to the hype. We went at an off time so the line was not too bad and moved quickly. It's definitely an expensive breakfast sandwich but so very delicious. I had the fried green tomato biscuit sandwich and enjoyed it with an egg and hash brown. I devoured it. I need to come back. But one of the best things they do is cut up day old biscuits and leave them out for your dogs!!!!!! I love this so much. I brought the treats home for my dog and he was obsessed! He loved these biscuits so much!!!!

    Fried green tomato kitchen special

Being from the South, I'm so happy that Irregardless exists here in Providence! I got the kitchen special: fried green tomato (literally my favorite southern food), smoked tomato aioli, house pickles, and arugula. Pillowy biscuit, crispy & juicy tomato, creamy aioli, and refreshing pickles & arugula = perfect sandwich. There's a good amount of street parking nearby. Service is super friendly and relatively fast, there were so many people there. Ambiance is casual, but there's not that much seating. 10/10 would recommend.

This biscuit changed my life. Had to eat in the car because of the rain, but the inside is a super cute little area with some seating. Staff were so friendly and nice. Thankfully, the line wasn't too long! I got the BLT biscuit and used extra crispy thin bacon

Irregardless was a pleasant surprise. I found them on Yelp and decided to try them out based on the raving reviews. I was nervous that there would be a wait, but thankfully, there was no wait at all. They also have a few parking spaces in the parking lot. I went on a Thursday morning. The restaurant has a few tables and chairs, but it seemed like more of a takeout place. I ordered the fried chicken and hot honey biscuit and an iced Nola cold brew. Everything was made to order. My biscuit was soft and pillowy, the fried chicken was fried to perfection, and the cold brew was enjoyable. For the portion size, I thought the price was reasonable. If you're in the area, be sure to check them out! You won't regret it! Looking forward to visiting them again!

Popped over to irregardless to try this grab and go spot out. They do have a few small tables inside, it's very cozy. You order, give a name and honestly they run like a well oiled machine and have an amazing system so you wait maybe 10 mins for your order. Everyone inside working was happy and friendly!! I will be back for more biscuits!!

Came here for breakfast at 8am. Small line appeared at 8:01 but nothing too crazy, we didn't need to show up the second they opened. Ambiance was cozy. Ordered the NOLA Cold Brew, 1) Howard's Biscuit, Extra Thick Maple & Pepper Glazed Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Our absolute favorite. Would highly recommend. Very delicious and would probably order again when in the area 2) Maple Fennel Chicken Sausage. Egg, & Cheese This was okay not as flavorful as the bacon but you could definitely taste the fennel. 3) Strawberry Butter Very very good when eaten warm. Perfect sweet snack or dessert Nola cold brew was decent. Came with chickory syrup and milk already inside. Not bad Overall, this is a very solid breakfast place and would definitely try again. Place is very tight and only has 3-4 tables

standout breakfast biscuits in providence! the service is pretty quick, and as the place is pretty small, most people just grab and go. i got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and the biscuit was fluffy and warm, but the most standout ingredient was the sausage. it was juicy and delicious, unlike any sausage i've had before. if you eat there, there is housemade hot honey and hot sauce, both of which are great additions to the sandwiches.

I came back to Irregardless Biscuit after a long time since my first time on a Sunday around 2:30pm. Thankfully, they haven't sold out of items. I ordered the green tomato biscuit and added hash brown. The biscuit had a fried green tomato, smoked tomato aioli, house pickles, and arugula. It was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed it so much. Every bite was heavenly, crispy and juicy, and packed with flavor. My husband got the pork roll with cooper sharp cheese and housemates sauce. He enjoyed his biscuit as well. The biscuit was soft and fresh. Even though the staff had a long day of servicing customers, they were still very friendly and welcoming.

My iced coffee and a hot one

Absolutely fantastic. It's a small place, with just a few tables inside to sit at but it's well worth a stop in to get some of these amazing biscuits. We walked in for lunch and there was a long line and quite a few people waiting to get their meals. Thankfully only one of the tables was being occupied so we were able to sit and eat in the restaurant. I ordered the BAT and an iced coffee. They have simple syrup and milk and oat milk available. The iced coffee was good but I forgot I can't have coffee without my heart feeling like it's going to explode so I gave it to my husband and ordered a chicory (NOLA) one. It already comes sweetened and with milk and it was super tasty. The bat was extremely delicious with perfectly cooked thick cut bacon and a deliciously salted heirloom or hothouse tomato. The biscuit itself was soft but also crunchy with a pillowy interior. Just the perfect biscuit. My husbands chicken one was super good as well. He liked his hot coffee but gave it up for my cold one. The people working here were super friendly and efficient. I wish I could come eat here once a week.

Cutie little spot with a short and simple menu, but everything is delicious. They have sweet or savory options, and everything is centered around their fantastic biscuits. Tiny shop, always has a line but everyone is kind and friendly and the service is fast. The kitchen staff is so impressive and the owner always greets everyone like they're a regular. Only a few seating options but that's really my only complaint. I love that they are so dog friendly, I always meet cute pup visitors when we get breakfast here. Great food, great vibes, great staff. Also!! Try one of their special cookies!!! So good

Irregardless has an incredible amount of hype when it first opened, and at the time, perhaps they were not prepared for the volume of customers, but sometimes the quality of their breakfast sandwiches were inconsistent. Now, with a steady stream of customers rather than a massive rush, Irregardless has improved their menu, and streamlined their process. The biscuit sandwiches can speak for themselves but what I think may be a hidden gem is their iced coffee with chicory. It's served with a tiny cookie, and it's always a pleasure to have a milky coffee with another sweet treat. The shop is very small but if you're willing to hover for a little bit, seats open up as most people do not dwell more than 15-20min. Parking can be tight so be warned about that!

This place has been recommended to me so many times so I'm glad I finally made my way there. It's super tiny so I would not recommend trying to sit inside while you eat. There is parking across the street, but the lot is a very small and narrow. Now to the important part.... The food. I feel like this place is hyped up. The biscuit was good, the eggs are made fried hard so it is pretty firm. The cheese on my sandwich felt like your typical store-bought processed cheese which distracted from the overall experience of the meal. The biscuit was nice and fluffy, but also very soft so it was pretty hard to eat with my hands. I ordered hashbrowns and was shocked to see that they were seasoned. Nowhere is it mentioned on the menu or when you go to purchase that they are seasoned so it threw me off. It was also extremely unevenly seasoned so I assume they put the seasoning directly into the bag that held the hashbrowns which prevented all sides from being properly seasoned. I think it's overpriced for the quality of what you get but it's a cute idea that not many other locations provide. It's worth trying once but I'm not sure I'd go back.

These biscuits are so delicious! I think that it's pretty easy for biscuits to be dry or hard, but the biscuits here seemed so fresh and fluffy! I got the howard's and my boyfriend got the hot honey chicken. They both had a lot of honey but were yummy and flavorful. I really enjoyed the thick cut bacon, which I haven't had before! The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked. We also got the hash browns, which were also crispy and a perfect addition. They unfortunately didn't have the cheese sauce, so I definitely want to try that next!

Foo, me, the reviewer of the review leaned back in the barstool, looked around the funky ambiance space, and stroked the long scraggly beard Foo tries to grow and said, "I believe best burger is Clarke Cooke House on English muffin with the Gorgonzola." Luckily, there was a perfect corner of the bar had just opened & we grabbed the seats. The atmosphere was convivial, upbeat & super comfortable, despite the crowd. Service was fabulously friendly & competent - the bartender handling the packed house with ease. We decided to go with an array of small plates to try as much as possible. The menu it designed perfectly for grazing & the prices are super reasonable! The selections are definitely on the comfort-food side with a strong southern hint. Ingredients are often locally sourced - something I greatly admire. We began with the a small plate of Pimento Cheese Toast. Just a few bites each but a nice start. Duck Drumettes. The horseradish-y white sauce was delectable! Even my non-duck loving partner was blown away. I was happy to hear that the salad was available in a half portion - enough for a light fresh break to our heavy selections. Next came a much heavier choice - the gravy fries with duck confit. We left off the cheese, but it wasn't missed at all. These were decadent, delicious & super filling! Next time we'd get a half portion - that would have been plenty! Our final dish was the Shrimp & Grits, but we'd already filled up on the other dishes & ended up asking for this to go. Even reheated, it was a perfectly delicious accompaniment to our brunch the next day! I'd be tempted to order this to-go again for just that purpose. While we didn't imbibe, the cocktail list looked wonderful & the bar was very well stocked. We did enjoy a nice selection from the interesting beer list. The sandwiches that we saw come out looked delicious & huge! We'd love to try them as well. We will be back - this is certainly a new favorite for us!

After a kinda meh first experience last year for Providence Restaurant Week, we decided to give it another try. And we were glad we did! It was a Friday night & pretty busy for 5:30pm. I'm glad I made a reservation! Our server, Ayden, made the whole experience very special! He was personable, available & fun to chat with as he is also a semi-professional wrestler. We were there to try the nachos as they looked delicious when other diners ordered them. WOW! It is a HUGE platter of chips topped with shredded monterey jack, homemade black bean corn salsa, beer cheese queso & a drizzle of guacamole & sour cream. I asked for extra queso because I like everything to be smothered & that it was! Two people could easily make a meal of this platter alone. And we didn't even add any protein (pulled pork, grilled or crispy chicken option)! Not knowing the size of the nachos, we wanted to try something else. I asked Ayden: quesadilla or Nashville naan. He said for former but we felt that we were already doing a Tex-Mex inspired dish so we opted for the latter. On top of naan, crispy chicken with mozzarella, smoked bacon, scallions & house-infused hot honey drizzle. A good amount of toppings & the naan was delightfully chewy. I thought it was going to be Nashville hot spicy given the name but you have to order Nashville hot or buffalo chicken for an additional charge. We added a good amount of Cholula to kick it up a notch! Definitely a good return visit. Thanks Ayden for making us feel special & being such a fun person.
